- Check In is after 3pm (please do let us know your check in time in advance so we can prepare for your arrival accordingly). Early luggage storage is not possible as our apartment is home stay and we don't have extra space to store luggage.
- Party is only allowed on case-by-case basis with charges applied. We reserved the rights to refuse entry if unpaid guests are found in our premises without prior approval.
-A Gentle reminder that staying with Airbnb means you're staying in someone's houses. Hope everyone to position your stay like your own house instead as a hotel although cleaning service was done and things are too nice to be taken away or broken .Please help us to take care of the facilities and items provided :)
*The guest needs to pay RM 250 security deposit by BANK TRANSFER before check-in. We will return back to the guest after they check-out within one week.
- CARPARK CHARGES - Kindly take note that this listing does not come with car park, and if you require a carpark, you may request from us. We may find you a cheaper private parking (1 carpark per day is RM20). Visitor car park with charges applied is available as well.
RULE No.1 : Please understand that we are not hotel , we are AIRBNB HOME SHARING so we may not able to provide certain standard hotel service, but we can offer much lower price than hotel and we offer you a unique HOME EXPERIENCE, instead a standard hotel service, but we promised to give you a whole new level of EXPERIENCE ^_^
- Turn off light, fan, air con and others electrical items when not using (For the good of the earth and our descendant)
- Kitchen equipped with basic kitchen utensils and cutlery (only light cooking is allowed). Guests are advised to bring own seasoning.
- Person in charge will be available from 10am-8pm, we wish for your kind understanding that because we are not hotel but a Airbnb Homestay so we are not able to provide 24 hours service, our staff will need to back home and rest after 8pm, kindly leave a message to his/her after working hour, he/she will get back to you and assist on the next morning .
House Rules
- Remember to take your belongings before leaving. Leave what belongs to the apartment.
- Appreciate if you could clear the garbage and any leftover food in the refrigerator. You may leave your garbage bag in the trash room, but not at the corridor or in-front the main door (PENALTY of RM 200 will be imposed if building manager find out any disposal improper way)
- Bringing illegal substances and weapons into the apartment is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction and possible prosecution by the authorities. Please do remember that Malaysia still enforces the death penalty for drug offences
-if there are any damages incurred, it will be charged to your security deposit.
- We won't take responsibility for the costs of fire alarms set off by illicit smoking or manipulation of smoke detectors willfully manipulated by guests. These costs can be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check Out is 11am. Late check out(up to 1pm) is possible with fees applied (RM20 per hour) and need to request in advancement for arrangement.
- Strictly no smoking inside the house, you may smoke at smoking area outside of the house. (Guest will be penalty RM 250 if found smoke inside the unit)
- Loss of keys or access card will incur an RM250 replacement fee.
