This guesthouse is highly recommended when visiting ipoh. This is a stylish, modern boutique hotel with a welcoming staff. The herbalife wellness center is also very impressive. The rooms are very modern and clean. They also provide free water. There are no plastic bottles with water, only glass bottles, which is convenient.

The guesthouse is a very nice place to feel at home. The only drawback is the location, which is a bit out of the way and it is very difficult to move as a pedestrian in ipoh. We used almost exclusively grab vehicles.

The building itself is independent, it is not very large, but it is quite comfortable. There is a restaurant named qiji tea restaurant next door where you can enjoy authentic local food. The surrounding buildings are not good, but its a very comfortable place, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The building smells like lemon grass. The staff at the reception, mr. Raymond and ms. Iman, are very friendly and helpful. I had a very relaxing hot stone body massage at herbaline 24 hours a day. Very beautiful and clean. Everything was nice including the bed and bathroom full set of towels.

Its a nice thing to have, especially after a long day. Massage is highly recommended, reasonably priced, and professional.

I would recommend staying here if you visit ipoh! It was a lovely stay at sojourn guesthouse. The hotel has free parking and aims to be environmentally friendly. There is a fragrance of lemongrass throughout the lobby on each level. Very clean and comfortable. The rooms were well decorated as shown in the photos.

Ive stayed at sojourn malacca twice, and this is my first time staying here. Sojourn ipoh is equally tastefully decorated, wellequipped, and always smells pleasant. Perhaps the only thing that needs improvement is to extend the standard checkout time to 12.00 noon rather than 11.00 am to allow guests to enjoy your room to the fullest.

Parking is limited, as shared with the spa and restaurant. There is no fridge or kettle in the room. Toilet and shower cubicle in the room with 3/4 height partition disturbing rest of the family in the middle of the night if anyone needs to use the toilet. The reception staff are nice.

Beautiful, clean, and everything was nice including the bed and bathroom towel full set. The whole building smells like lemon grass. But food and grocery, you have to drive out. The restaurant on the ground floor only served healthy or vegetarian food.

Iman and the boss here were also very helpful. We accidentally booked a room at kl branch of sojourn and didnt realize until the day but iman was able to organize everything for us and even helped us get a room for the night at the right price. The best service in malaysia, highly recommended.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in malaysia so far! The hotel is in a nice location, values sustainability and the rooms were clean. The service is amazing, the rooms are very nice and they also have a spa in their hotel where you can book nice spa retreats. As a guest, you also get a special price. We did it and it was totally worth it! We wish we could have stayed longer at the hotel one night is not enough!.
