Saya memutuskan untuk menginap di hotel ini karena terlihat luas dan bersih dari foto, tetapi saya harus menunggu 40 menit untuk check in. Selain itu, tempat tidur tidak dibersihkan setiap hari. Futonnya kotor. Selain itu, layanan kamar selalu membersihkan sampah dari tempat sampah, tetapi karena beberapa alasan handuk mandi dan kertas toilet tidak pernah diisi ulang. Pada akhirnya, saya menghubungi staf langsung melalui WhatsApp dan memintanya untuk membawakannya. Saya benar-benar tidak mengerti mengapa staf hotel ini tidak mengisi ulang fasilitas dengan benar. Jika tidak ada kertas toilet, Anda tidak dapat menggunakan kamar kecil. Selain itu, kulkas tidak cukup dingin sehingga selalu basah. Anggota staf yang saya hubungi melalui WhatsApp adalah pria yang sangat baik. Jika layanan kamar melakukan pekerjaan mereka dengan benar, pemandangannya akan menakjubkan dan saya akan memberikan 5 bintang.

The grand service apartment at berjaya times square, k L. Malaysia. The apartment is in a great location near the Petronas tower, bukit bintang plaza, sungei Wang complex, lot 10, jalan alor food street, pavilion, pertaling street, central market, pudu, imbi lrt station, etc. There is no reception area and it is run privately by agents who meet you at the east wing for checkin and checkout. A refundable rm 100 deposit is required upon checkin. Payment is acknowledged via mr. You will be assigned only one set of room key and lift access card. Wifi is provided upon request. The room is located in the west wing. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, while the rooms are spacious with amenities, with a kettle and microwave oven. Simple housekeeping is provided daily. Bring your own bath towel for the picky, tooth paste, tooth brush, toiletries, or buy them at the shopping mall. The swimming pool is located on the 15th floor of the building. The security guard and our host, mr. Mizanur, are friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment with a kingsize bed and a single bed for a reasonable price. Again!, food is plentiful in the shopping mall, but you only have one stomach.
