The 4 rooms apartment was big even for 2 families. We got a new refurbished apartment on level 8, clean and nice. breakfast was good but not many options but ok for the price just add rp 25 for extra breakfast.

Aircond rosak tapi lepas maintance datang, sejuk semula :) Telefon pun rosak tapi maintainece tukar telefon lain & boleh guna. Tapi semua selesai dalam masa kurang 30 minit. TQ Sumai :-) Lantai toilet licin. Tolong sediakan sabun basuh pinggan kalau boleh sebab nak basuh cawan2 tu. Overall okeh, suka :D Tp staff sangat membantu, tq.

Spacious 3 room apartment for big family. Had maintainence issues with air conditioner, and leaking sink, but was promptly repaired. The air conditioner in the living hall was not operational and they gave a standing fan instead. The front desk team should have alerted me on this prior to check in. Other than that, I like the room. It has an indoor pool which my kids enjoyed. The room service food was excellent although rather pricey. Near to city centre and easy to get Grab to travel around. Soft spoken staffs and very helpful

Spacious 3 room apartment. Helpful front desk and staffs. Have maintainence issues like faulty aircond and leaking sink, but was promptly repaired. It is better if the hall air conditioner is repaired or replaced as soon as possible because it can get really warm in the living hall during hot days. Otherwise, the room is comfortable. I also stayed before in suite room, it was clean and spacious, but the bedsheet had a musty odour, which needs to be looked into. Room housekeeping in done daily, even if you are away from the room, so make sure u hang 'please do not disturb' notice if you do not want the room to be cleaned while you are away.
