I just checked out of this hotel on a quick trip to Sitiawan. I think they need to tighten the internal process. After checking in, I received a call at night on my mobile phone asking if I had checked in. She explained that she had only taken over the shift and checked all bookings that day. It shows the poor coordination in registering their reservations and checking. Well, there aren't many hotels in Sitiawan that cost less than Rs 100 and have a pool. But if you just want to stay, you can only use it for a short period of time, so you just checked out. And that's all. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. The bed is comfy, but a bit too soft for me. It comes with a flat-screen and free wifi. However, the common hotcold water dispenser along the corridor is available. Looking for an ironing board or a mini bar.. Look down the corridor if you want to find a common fridge on each floor. Staff generally OK. I liked that the staff asked how my stay was like before my check-out. Having said that. I think the internal process needs to be tightened. After checking in, I received a call at night on my mobile phone asking if I had checked in. She stated that she had just took over the shift and checked all booking

I was so pleased that I stayed another night. It was a pleasant and well-kept room. The staff were accommodating and pleasant. I made my reservation directly through the hotel website, but the receptionist was unable to locate it. The receptionist allowed me to check in without much fuss, because I had the required documentation. Food and shopping establishments are close to the hotel. A short drive from the tua per kong temple and camping oh and pair panting last.

When I visit Sitiawan again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. It appears to be a simple, nice hotel with a good ambiance. The amenities are nearby, and the cost is low. There is a large parking area available, and it seems secure and secure. There is a chinese restaurant food court just outside the hotel, and the famous james phenol is just a short stroll away, directly in front of the famous Hindu temple.

Great price too. The cleanliness of the room was good and cosy and comfortable for family check-in, it's close to the limit, and the good places are also close by, but this is not the place that I recommend because it is difficult to share the hot water and freezer with other people.

Its quite nice and suitable for those stay for short period. Nearby got kopitiam easy to find food if u are hungry ghost! haha Overall, not too bad. =) If i have travel to Sitiawan again, will book again. Additional information: The hotel providing iron, water cooler for refill. The hotel's water pressure a bit low.. shower take a longer time.. Wifi a bit hard to connect. it probably night time all in hotel using it that why i cannot connect to wifi. Morning i can connect it with the speed at 5mbps.
