The checkin process was a bit slow as there was only one staff member on duty in the evening. However, the room was clean and as expected. It would be beneficial if breakfast could be provided as a complimentary option.

The hotel is immaculate and wellkept. The staff is also friendly. The hotel provided us with larger rooms with plenty of amenities and freebies. The bathroom and room are very spacious, cozy, with a cw air purifier, drink maker, fridge, safe, etc. Free wifi and breakfast. However, there is no swimming pool. Its conveniently located in the heart of town, making it easy to shop and eat nearby.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! Very convenient for those, like me, whose family member was an impatient at the nearby sunway medical center! My father informed me that this hotel has been established a few years ago and is still wellmaintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was tidy and roomy. Except for the smoke smell as you stepped out of the elevator and went towards the room. Everything was fine other than that. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, patiently guiding me to check in at the portal. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was spacious and recently renovated. Clean and the room service was fast. The location was great as this hotel is close to many shops and sunway carnival mall so there are many food options around. Breakfast was only so. Will come back here again.

Recommended, i will return to stay here. The hotel is in a prime location. Close to a shopping center and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants in the area. Very clean hotels with easy checkin. Selfservice checkin kiosk is available.

The hotel is located next to sunway hospital. There are many famous and nice restaurants around. The hotel is ok but parking entrance needs to use touch n go. Hope can upgrade to visa.

Hotel yang sangat bersih. Terdapat banyak kemudahan yang ditawarkan di hotel ini. Menu sarapannya juga memiliki banyak pilihan. Staf bernama Punta, Bali Khiri melayani saya dengan sangat baik sekali. Hotel yang sangat lama dan kamarnya juga sangat lama. Hotel ini tidak memiliki kolam renang. Tetapi makanan di restoran ini sangat enak dengan harga yang sangat wajar. Hotel tersebut juga berdekatan dengan tempat menarik seperti Taman Burung.
