Pada hari check-in, saya diberi kamar tanpa pemanas air dan diminta untuk menerimanya, tetapi saya menolaknya. Oleh karena itu, manajer di meja depan mengganti kamar saya. Tidak ada masalah setelahnya. Meja depan tidak dijaga sekitar pukul 06:30 Karena saya akan check-out lebih awal. Tidak ada cara untuk menghubungi meja depan yang bertugas. Saya diberitahu bahwa kamar akan dijaga pada hari check-in karena saya memerlukan tanda terima untuk klaim bisnis saya. Anehnya, ada pemberitahuan yang menyebutkan bahwa masa inap akan gratis jika tidak ada masalah tanda terima pada saat check-out. Tetapi tidak ada yang melakukan check-out, jadi pemberitahuan itu sangat menyedihkan. Apa yang Anda bayar, kamar dasar untuk istirahat semalam di lokasi yang bagus.

I have been staying at this hotel for a long time. They provide hostel rooms for long stays at affordable prices. The rooms are clean and tidy. Very nice and quiet place, surrounded by restaurants, speedmart, 7Eleven and bus stop. Strategic area and walking distance. The front desk name is khurram, very kind and helpful. No matter the problem with checkin or room, he will help politely.

The room was clean, cozy, and wellmaintained, offering great comfort at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. The entire staff, including the front desk manager, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Checkin went smoothly. Nice location near a business hotspot, with a variety of shops such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants available here. Service was excellent, and the room was worth the price. I had a pleasant stay at the swing and pillows hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and wellmaintained, offering great comfort at a very reasonable price. Overall, it was a great value for money with excellent service.

pesan di malam hari dan mendadak, proses pemesanan berhasil, lalu pas sampai tidak ada resepsionis dan pintu terkunci. di kaca tertera jam operasional tapi di halaman pemesanan hotel TIDAK TERSEDIA. yang benar saja kami sampai malam dan mau bermalam malah tidak diizinkan masuk karena resepsionis tidak di tempat. dan saat di telpon oleh customer lain yang bernasib sama dengan saya, resepsionisnya mengatakan akan segera refund kami. namun kenyataannya beliau ingkar janji dan mengatakan kalau hotel kami non refundable. kebijakan yang sangat aneh. saya memohon uang refund 100% karena bukan kesalahan kami.
