For a hotel located near K****** Waterfront—which is basically the main tourist hub and close to everything—and priced at only approx RM70, this place is very worth it. Especially at the end of the year when it’s extremely hard to find accommodation due to the high number of tourists, I still managed to get a hotel for around RM70. The hotel itself is very comfortable too. That said, there are a few minor downsides in my opinion, such as the hotel room door not having a peephole (which is quite important, at least for me), and the water heater taking a while before it gets warm and you have to wait a bit. But overall, everything was good, comfortable, and pleasant. The receptionist was super friendly and always smiled every time I passed by. Definitely staying here again if I come back to K*******

I stayed there from december 23 to december 25. The reception, cleanliness, and location are all excellent, as expected for a hotel at a reasonable and reasonable price. Despite the hotel being established for about 30 years, the facilities were kept up nicely. We appreciate the renovations that were done.

Highly recommended. The location is easy to find, close to halal restaurants. Accessible to people who want to go to the waterfront. The room is spacious and comfortable. Another good thing is free parking and decent internet access.

The staff is excellent and extremely courteous. The only thing i would like to discuss here is that this hotel was selected as a place for quarantine. However, have you thoroughly examined the entire room? Regarding the shower head, it was extremely yellow, and the curtain was so dusty and had a black mark. The towels had yellow marks, and the bed linens had blood. There was no television, no channel at all. Thank you.

Recommended, this hotel has a vibe and decor that exudes orang ulu. Only standard double rooms with a queen bed have a bathtub, not standard twin rooms without bathtubs. If you want to change rooms, the staff are willing to change for us and are also friendly.
