I’m from Indonesia, and at first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because I couldn’t find many reviews on TikTok. But when I arrived, I was SHOCKED at how comfortable the place was! Super clean, the staff were all friendly, and the service was excellent. Definitely recommending this place to my friends back home if they visit Malacca. The building is also modern and stylish! Oh, and it’s not far from Jonker Street either – super convenient!

The price is very reasonable. The room is clean overall, but there is a noisy sound. Yellow pillowcase and blanket. The first room 206 is very noisy due to air conditioning compressor sound, lamp sound, db and exhaust sound. Requested a change room and the reception is good and friendly. Change to room 309. Face to the road so sounds of motors and cars, but still better than room 206. For those who are sensitive to noise this hotel is not suitable.

I was impressed by this new hotel, which has water filters on every floor for easy refills. My room faced the main road, so if noise is a concern, bring earplugs. We stayed for 2 nights, but were not informed about the room makeover service, you have to request it at the counter due to a button in each room being overlooked. Melaka requires an rm 2 per night fee. The room was clean, suitable for sinus sufferers, with a cold air conditioner, good tv channels, and radio. The hot water worked well, but the bidet had an issue, which was quickly resolved by the counter. They provide toiletries, a hairbrush, and even toothbrushes. Wifi was reliable, and there is plenty of parking at the back. The staff was friendly, offering restaurant recommendations upon request. I also asked for an extra pillow, which they promptly provided. If you are looking for halal restaurants, you need transportation, the hotel offers bike rentals. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and i would return if i visit Melaka again. Highly recommended for a great experience.

This new hotel really impressed me. Water filters on each floor. Free hot drinks and services are very good. We asked the night shift staff that our friends visit us at the hotel and she will stay with us. He was very helpful and nice. We asked for an extra blanket and pillow, he brought them to our room and was very considerate of it. Hotel near the shop lot and our room even though it is on the first floor, the view in the evening is great. If you worry about noise from the main road, they provide earplugs for you. Great place. Highly recommended.

Hotel baru direnovasi, kamar besar dan puas dengan harga. Kamar dan hotel bersih. Cadar dan comforter bau wangi. Kamar mandi dan shower terbaik. Air panas. Semuanya sempurna. Yang terbaik adalah air coway di lantai tempat saya duduk. Saya pikir setiap lantai mungkin. Cermin, hairdryer, dan besi. Hotel ini dekat dengan bandar. Secara keseluruhan akan kembali. Tempat parkir tersedia untuk tamu. Dari kamar Anda dapat menemukan tempat parkir.

Hotel ini terdiri dari 3 lantai, terdapat lift. Parkiran cukup luas di belakang hotel. Proses cek in cepat. Selain warna Malaysia dikenakan biaya tourism 10rm/hari dan heritage tax 3rm/HR. Perlu menaruh deposit 50rm yang bisa diambil saat cek out. Di lobby disediakan coffee maker, tamu bisa ambil kopi, teh tarik, milo. Kamar tidur bersih dan nyaman. Terdapat TV dengan saluran lokal, kulkas, meja kursi. Disediakan air minum dalam botol kaca, termos,dan teh kopi sachet. Jika ingin setrika baju disediakan meja dan setrika di luar kamar untuk dipakai bersama. Kamar mandi juga bersih, terdapat water heater, shower, wastafel, toilet dengan bidet shower. Cukup nyaman menginap disini, hanya bantal yang dirasa tipis jadi agak kurang nyaman, dan water heater yang agak sulit diatur tingkat hangatnya. Selebihnya worthed to stay here. Lokasi strategis tidak jauh dari Mall Aeon Bandarraya, Jonker street, Melaka sentral. Oiya, juga terdapat internet wifi disini.
