1) Please state your headcounts correctly before book, only approved headcounts are allowed to check in.
2) Our check-in time is 3PM and the check out time is 11AM.
3) This is a self check in apartment, please read our house manual as soon as booking completed, it is very important to make sure you have a smooth check in. We will not be responsible to any complain arising from not reading our house rules and house manual.
4) Late check out is available at RM30 per hour up to 1pm if requested in advance. For late check out without informing or turn our cleaners away after they have arrived, we will deduct Rm60 from your security deposit without informing too.
5) No towels provided, please prepare your own.
6) Please ensure at the end of your stay that your crockery and kitchenware is washed and put away and your accommodation is left clean and tidy or pay extra cleaning fee of RM50.
7) No gas hob allowed due to safety reason, we provide induction hob instead.
8) Strictly NO SMOKING NO VAPING, smoking penalty is RM500, you will need to pay for the next cancellation if the next guests cancel the booking due to cigarette smell.
9) Strictly NO DURIAN, penalty RM200.
10) No outdoor shoes in the apartment.
11) Turn off all power not in use or when leaving the home.
12) Strictly NO PARTY, if found having party, RM500 will be charged from the deposit or guests will be asked to leave without refund.
13) Please keep the noise to minimum between 10pm to 9am.
14) Management requires proper swimsuit to access to the pool. Rm50 will be fined per person for violating this rule.
15) We are not hotel, you have to be responsible for whatever you have broken or stained. We charge double of the price for dishonesty, please tell us what you have damaged upon checking out and be respectful to the neighbourhood and your host.
16) We will collect RM 200 security deposit before arrival via bank transfer.
The refundable deposit will be refund on you check out day via bank transfer before 3pm
subject to accommodation inspection and please provide your bank account details after you
check out

6) 请确保退房前，把使用的厨房用具和餐具清洗干净归位，不然，而外收取RM50的清洁费。
7) 由于安全的问题，我们不允许使用煤气炉。请使用我们提供的电磁炉。
8) 房子严格禁止吸烟和禁止电子烟，否则罚款马币500。 假如下一个房客因为烟味而退订，您需要负全责。
9) 严格禁止榴莲｡否则罚款RM200
10) 请不要穿鞋入房子,马来文化是在屋内赤脚的｡把鞋子脱了就放好在屋内的大门旁｡
11) 离开房子前或出门前,请关上所有的电源｡
12) NO PARTY｡如果发现有派对,Rm500将从押金中扣除，房东也有权利强制房客退房,也不退款｡
13) 房屋管理层要求所有客人在使用游泳池的时候需要穿泳衣，违规者每人将被罚50块马币。
14) 我们不是酒店,房东是以自己的家出租给房客居住,万一如果不小心弄坏或损坏了家里的家私或物品或摆设等,又或者弄肮脏地毯或沙发等,请必须诚实交代｡如果发现那些不诚实或没有交代的房客,房东会收比原价高一倍的价钱收费｡所以避免这样的情况发生,如果有什么被损坏的物品,请在您退房前告诉我们｡
15) 如果没有任何的损坏,我们是完全不会扣除您的底押金｡
16) 我们会征收RM 200 抵押金。如果没有任何的损坏,我们是完全不会扣除您的抵押金｡并会全数退还。
