NOTE: Effective September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check in.

Car Park Notice:

Kindly be informed that effective 7th Apr 2023, Level 3A & 3B parking bays are reserved exclusively for hotel guests. All guests checking into the hotel MUST REGISTER at the reception counter at the lobby before entering these floors in order to enjoy the RM10 parking per stay.  

Alternatively, hotel guests may park at Level 7 & 8 which are complimentary.

Level 4 to 6 carparks are fully managed by The Shore Shopping Gallery and chargeable on hourly and daily basis.
