During our stay here, we had a great time. I stayed at bamboo villa, which is spotless and has excellent soundproofing. Its chilly at night, and there are no mosquitoes! Three buffet meals are included in the price. The cuisine is also delicious and generous!.

Overall, this is a place I can return to spend some time relaxing and bonding with family. After reading the reviews online, I wasn't soaring in any way. But after spending the first three nights there, I realized my anxieties were unfounded. Even in the room, the welcome reception was excellent. With just a short delay, I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with less. The lobby's Wifi is great for teams as well. The personnel is all welcoming. It's my first trip to Malaysia after the pandemic, so even the enquiry team quickly responds to emails because it is my first time there. The rooms are spotless. Never entered a cleaner floor in a 5-star hotel on a clean floor. The resort has a nature-inspired vibe, making it ideal for a break from the hustle and bustle of modern life. a lot of natural elements. The pool is a great place to unwind and eat.

Highly recommended. Had our daughters wedding event. Such a beautiful landscape and nature, a perfect location for a garden wedding. Proactive management team with prompt response to inquiries and requests. Support staff are courteous and helpful.

We had a wonderful time and had an amazing experience. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, as if there are multiple layers of hills collapsing, especially at the summit of the hill. We can see lots of durian fruits right in front of our very eyes as we stand on the balcony. Its amazing. Landscapes are well maintained and clean. Fresh air and its tranquility are truly a retreat and refreshment. I represent my team and want to express my gratitude to all the staff and management that you guys are welltrained and professional. Good attitude and politeness, your services are more than just satisfying, especially for mr. Kelvin, who attended to our requests promptly and excellently! Very helpful and efficient. As a result, some of our members already wanted to promote waterway to their friends and family, and i cant wait to post this and share it with everyone.

Hello there. When i enter your main entrance, there is a security guard. I feel safe and secure because i feel safe and secure staying there. And he checks to see if we have reserved a room for our stay. The surroundings are very nice and peaceful. But when i entered the room, the first thing i noticed was the smell of wood. I hope that can be improved. And im happy that there are two toilets in each room as i thought there was only one. Wondering how to share one toilet with 9 people. Food is delicious and drinks, especially ketondong taste so fresh. The next day we go jungle trekking is enjoyable as we even go down a small sand hill and snap a lot of pictures near the river. My suggestions may be more activities to do in your place, such as riding a bicycle. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay in 2D 1N. Thank you and thank you very much.

I booked a villa in Bali, the villa is well maintained. Buffet teatime, dinner, and breakfast were pretty good. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part was that the friendly dogs only took a photo of one dog who came to greet us and kept us company all our trip One improvement point that is worth considering is to put signage for the jungle trekking route as we tried to find the trail based on the staff's instruction but couldn't find it.

Last weekend, i visited this location. My family and i had a great time here. Anyway, i have both positive and negative things to say about this place. Clean resort, very calm, peaceful, and quiet. Worth the money. Breakfast, tea, and dinner were included in the package, which is a plus because it is quite far from town. The food was decent and served buffetstyle. Taste is ok, enough to fill our stomach. Nice pool and slide. Will definitely go back. You can but rm 30 a kg at the resort itself, which is fair. Negative - Our room, room 702, had a leaky toilet. When flushing, water spills out from beneath. Thank goodness the water is clean. Shower water pressure is too strong and cannot be controlled. Also, there are a couple of friendly dogs that get too close for comfort. Im not sure if stray or the owners dogs, but as a Muslim family, we were a little uncomfortable. No offense meant, just highlighting. Major negative i went for a drive up the hill at the resort as i thought i wanted to check out other villas. Met a dead end with muddy roads, very muddy and looks like your tyre will get stuck in the mud. There was no warning sign. Had to reverse down the hill and corner road all the way down to a larger space. It was very scary and dangerous as the other side had no fence and we could easily steer off the cliff to ours. Thank god i had the sense not to go further up the muddy road as there is a high risk of falling down the cliff if you overstepped the acceleration pedal. The management could have taken some precautions by putting barriers on the path leading up. If not, i would have given 5 stars.

Seharusnya menjadi saat yang sangat menyenangkan bagi teman baik untuk berkumpul bersama, duduk di tempat teduh, menikmati semilir angin yang sejuk, minum bir, dan tertawa bersama keluarga dan teman. Pemandangan malam juga cukup indah. Bos menata lampu dengan cermat. Pohon kelapa dan pohon durian terlihat sangat tinggi. Ada rumah kaca, rumah bambu, dan rumah batu. Setiap rumah memiliki ciri khas dan pemandangan indah di luar rumah sangat menarik. Seperti. Bos dan staf sangat ramah, teh sore disiapkan dengan matang. Tempat parkir di sini cukup luas dan gratis sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan parkir kendaraan. Tentu saja jika Anda memiliki helikopter, Anda juga dapat parkir di ruang yang luas. Ada mata air hidup di seluruh villa dan bagi mereka yang suka teh bisa merebus dan membuat teh langsung.

Dont expect a fivestar hotel, this is a place where you feel at home. This place grows on you, despite the initial impression being negative. We observed the landscape and sampled the homecooked food, and we were impressed by the amount of effort the management has made to maintain this establishment.

The resort is beautifully viewed at night. The best part is that musang king is readily available at the front desk upon request. Wellmanaged and relaxing staycation, with clean childrens and adult pools.

Updated on the 2nd of June 2023 long weekend. Totally worth the nearly 7 hour journey including the crazy jam from singapore. The lady working at the reception was a bundle of joy. Finally one staff member who can speak english as my melayu is not that great. But to be fair to the rest, even though they cant really understand english, their service is also 5 stars. My only regret is that i didnt find their river earlier. I can go back just to dip in the river. The currents are so strong that it is better than any massage. Check out today. I wasnt expecting too much after reading the reviews online. But when i stayed there for 3 nights, i realized my fears were unfounded. The reception at celcom was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi in the lobby is also good for meetings. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Even the enquiry staff responds quickly after my barrage of questions as its my first time in malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor even in a 5 star hotel. The resort has a very nature vibe which is perfect for a break from modern life. Lots of natural elements. The pool is great for a day. Food nothing to complain about as it is a 3 star hotel. But it is good for a decent meal. Overall a place i can go back and spend some time relaxing and bonding with my family.

A really pleasant spot to unwind without having to worry about anything. All meals are included. Our 2D 1N stay includes afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast buffet style. The food at dinner was delicious! However, they might want to review their rooms. Our bamboostyle accommodation had an aboriginal feel, but the afternoon heat was quite intense because the air conditioning couldnt keep up to cool us down. A ceiling fan or even a wall fan to circulate the air might help. But overall, our stay was simply wonderful.

The environment here is very good, with a natural park and a rainforest. And then, the cleanliness of the hotel is quite good. After that, the food here is excellent and far beyond my expectations. Plus, they serve the food very well. But more importantly, the resort is also well-maintained.

I reserved the bamboo villa. The resort is kept up nicely, and the rooms are immaculate and peaceful. Breakfast and dinner are both excellent. The staff is accommodating and kind. Bentong town, where you can try a local dish, is only 10 kilometers away.
