I stayed here for a short time, and it was a comfortable experience. The indian brother at the counter was very friendly. Regarding the room, there is a slight cigarette odor coming from the next room, but thats okay for a price this cheap. The bathroom is good, not really in top shape but still suitable for use, the room is not bad for a short stay. The room i got was also clean, with air conditioning and an ironing board outside.

Kebersihannya terjaga dan membuat nyaman. Hanya saja parkirannya bermasalah dan hanya ada setelah jam kantor selesai. Tapi itu bagus karena harganya murah dan cocok untuk liburan dengan anggaran terbatas.

Overall, i am happy to stay here and would recommend it. Clean and affordable, with reasonable prices. Friendly staff. The rooms are spotless and smell good. I received a free water bottle and some toiletries. The main road and lrt are both within walking distance. Parking is right in front of the hotel, so dont worry, its completely safe. Room service is not limited.

The room is fine, but the toilet is small and the shower water pressure is poor. The sheets and pillowcases are not very clean, the air conditioner is not cold and the water is dripping, there is ample parking, all towels are dried at the staircase rail. So many things need to be improved in terms of hygiene.

Its a reasonable price, but its a 4 out of 10. Its advised to bring your own towels and water bottles, as they arent particularly clean. Along the staircase handrail, towels are dried but washed.

I was caught in a pinch and needed an affordable and quick place to stay overnight when driving a long distance was not an option. This small and unassuming hotel may be your solution for a restful nights sleep before continuing on your road trip. The showers are good and the bed is comfortable too.

I rented this place for easy access to the bon odori event. This place has a well maintained cleanliness level. At least they have soap to sanitize yourself. Spacious enough to move around. There is a place to iron clothes. Dont be fooled by some advertised amenities. The first thing that bothered me again was the lack of cups and kettles for getting water and boiling water. I could do without the kettle as long as there was a filterized water dispenser and cup, but man, not even a cup was provided to get water. The water dispenser is basically useless if you have no container or bottle to store water. Oh yeah, you have to squat to get water too because the water dispenser is very low near the floor. Good luck to those with knee problems. Location wise, its very close to lrt usj 21 and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. I had to walk to the nearest grocery store to buy bottled water due to this inconvenience. If someone were to carry everything from their own home, hotels would be useless. Being so close to the highway means you can also hear traffic vehicles invading your room.
