Begitu check-in dikenakan pajak hotel 10 ringgit + heritage fee 2 ringgit. Lokasinya sangat dekat sekali di pinggiran sungai melaka yg dilewatin cruise wisata. Kamar nya sederhana, tapi lumayanlah ada fasilitas kipas angin gantung & air conditioner. Toilet nya sudah dilengkapi mesin heater. Di pintu masuk pas sekali sebelahnya ada restoran dengan menu sangat banyak dan enak nasi goreng nya.
