I have been staying at this place for a couple of years now and I find they have been consistent with their service level, cleanliness and comfort. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable. Even though my room faced the main road, I slept soundly with any noise interruptions from the traffic; I'm a light sleeper. There were ample food choices around the hotel and I liked the fact they gave dining suggestions (with photos) at the reception and in the lift.

We had a family room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. The receptionist was friendly. The value of the low price hotel is good. A food court with a wide selection of food, open till late at night, is also located at the back. It's calm and easy to reach. I like the wifi and the number of power outlets available!.

The room is small but able to move around. Toilet has street view which is a plus. The foodcourt right behind the hotel is definitely good. Lots of local good food at night, wanton noodle is a must try. Satay sul is also only a minute walk away. Plenty of parking. Cons ashtray provided in the room, smoke smell all over the corridor.

This hotel is well located. The food is average and the price is also good. Parking in the basement is very convenient. But we have to go up the stairs because there is no lift.

Excellent value. The room was clean and the design was modern. Unfriendly and awkward staff. Hotel parking is scarce. The hotel is next to a Chinese food court, not far from the city. Perfect for family stays as well.

Our arrival was greeted with broken lift and water outage although it have been rectified sometime later. Also we have been downgraded because of room unavailability. Staff at lobby were very polite and helpful. First thing I noticed when entering the room, absent of toilet paper. Some left over from previous guest (bottle water in fridge). Water pump is running noisy and shower drain is clogged. You may find restaurant and convenience store within walking distances. Free parking available at nearby food court if you don't mind a little walk. Overall the service by the staff is excellent but facilities and its quality lack in maintenance.

The room is terribly small. The door just missed the corner of the bed. There is no window. There is no space for the luggage. There is no where to put your belongings. Don’t expect a table for writing. I will never go near it again. The hotel operator should experience the stay himself or herself.
