We just returned from a fiveday vacation in kota kinabalu. We had the good fortune to stay at zaras boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. It was incredibly cozy and spotless in the room. Everything was nearby, so it was in an excellent location! We would most certainly return!.

The room was fine. Pros proximity to a mall (although it can get noisy depending on traffic because it is next to the main road) restaurants nearby, atm nearby and friendly staff. Accessible to access oku. Cons parking is paid per entry, water pressure is insufficient, decent toiletries are provided, old air conditioning, and only one pillow is provided.

The reception was friendly. And then, the room size is great. After that, they provide hot water and ac remote. Subsequently, my room faces the 6lane highway. Hereafter, theres tv remote that work as it should be. Thereafter on, this place has quiet lobby. In the sequel, rooms are spotless.

I hope they can improve. There is an iron and iron table available. Nearby restaurants, a shopping mall, and groceries. The wifi on the third floor wasnt very good in my experience. Although the air conditioning is noisy, it is not too cold. If you are in urgent need, remember to bring your card key. You must wait for room service to open the door. A spare key is missing from the receptionist.

This place is in a good location. The room was spacious, however, there was no refrigerator provided as agreed. There were also many ants present. I had to pay extra for additional pillows and towels. For hotel guests, the dining area is too small and the breakfast is terrible. Tv channels are very limited.

My friends and i had a wonderful time at Zaras boutique hotel. The staff were really friendly and the room was spacious. It is also strategically located where everything is very close to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, there are convenience stores within walking distance, adding to its convenience.

I adore this location! The room is spacious, and the price is reasonable! Additionally, the service is firstrate! Particularly their manager, nancy, as well as their receptionist, debra! They are always friendly and cheerful, with quick and efficient checkin and checkout! Without a doubt, im going to stay here again! Five stars for you, especially for the team!.

We recently stayed at the Zaras hotel for five days in kota kinabalu. It was fantastic, we thought! The personnel were amiable and helpful. With a cozy bed and an extra pillow, the room was spacious and spotless. Everything functioned well, including the fridge, water heater, and air conditioning. The airport, restaurants, 7-11, etc. Are all nearby, as is the airport. Imago mall is also within walking distance of this excellent location. We would return because it was such incredibly lovely location to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and one night and it was quite comfortable. The room was comfortable and clean, which made me feel relaxed during my stay. However, they dont offer breakfast, so you have to find a nearby restaurant. Good news is there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making you wont go hungry. One thing to keep in mind is that this motel may not be the best choice if you are sluggish. It is close to the main road of the city, therefore even late at night, you can often hear the noise of cars, motorcycles, and airplanes. Also, the hotel doesnt have its own parking, but there is onsite parking available for reserving. Parking fees are reasonable, with plenty of space available. In terms of location, it is quite strategic, right in the heart of town. Plus, its budgetfriendly, meaning i would recommend this accommodation unless you want to save money while still having cosy accommodation. Overall, my experience at here was very positive. Comfortable accommodations, convenient location and affordable prices make it incredibly suitable for travelers looking for an enjoyable stay

The staff were friendly and always welcomed us when we left the room and returned. There is free wifi, a spotless room with sanitary toilets, an iron, and an extra pillow available. If i remember correctly, parking is available for visitors. Since my family and ive only been here once when he was only 15 years old.

Ive been returning for the fourth time in four years. Excellent hotel for its price. Friendly, all female reception staff. On request, a fridge is available. A respectable breakfast buffet and free wifi are both provided. There is plenty of parking available! See you soon!.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent for the price i paid. There is plenty of free parking available, which was convenient. Imago is directly across the street. Dont let people like mr. Johnny Hart fool you, they seem to have an axe to grind. These reviews are not helpful because they arent honest. Also, suggest visiting travel websites to get more honest reviews like amazon.

The mattress was old and i could feel the individual spring coils. The water was hot and the pressure was good. Breakfast was simple next door. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is only 1 usable electric plug in the room, so to charge my laptop ive to use the plug that is meant for the kettle.
