Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17. This property is accessible by a 40-minute seaplane flight from Velana International Airport (MLE) directly to the property. Upon arrival at Velana International Airport (MLE), guests will be greeted by the property’s airport representative, who will assist them with the check-in for the seaplane and escort them to airport lounge at the Seaplane Terminal. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their international flight details at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. The property will arrange seaplane or domestic flight and speedboat transfers. Seaplane transfer service is offered by Maldivian Airlines between 6 AM and 5 PM.
