I spent ten days in the hotel! Simply amazing friendliness and hospitality. Ali and his team were really helpful. Feels like friends. They assisted me in planning a trip to an island while i was alone, and they even lent me some money for a taxi. Incredible. Always giving silly advice. My room was large, immaculately clean, and had a really comfortable bed. I had a great time staying here. Thank you so much, ali and your team. Xx.

The stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. I truly, truly enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful, and I was treated so well by everyone, from the very first to the very last person I interacted with throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is right by the beach—literally just a few steps away—which made it even more delightful. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so there are lots of meal options to choose from. Plus, the transportation to the Male Jetty or the airport takes only ten minutes, making it super convenient for getting around.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya berjarak satu blok dari pantai dan terdapat banyak restoran kecil di dekatnya. Harga yang mereka tawarkan juga sangat terjangkau. Saya sudah membuat janji untuk transfer bandara, namun tidak kunjung datang juga. Saya menelepon pihak hotel untuk memberitahu mereka bahwa mereka akan segera datang. Setelah menunggu setengah jam, saya kembali menelepon lagi. Namun, mereka mengatakan tidak bisa datang dan meminta kami untuk memanggil taksi sendiri. Secara umum, hotel ini bersih, namun ada beberapa noda kecil di seprai dan handuk mandi. Mesin kartu kredit rusak dan hanya bisa menerima uang tunai, tidak diperbaiki sampai hari terakhir. Sebelum perjalanan, saya mengirim email ke pihak hotel dan meminta pihak hotel untuk membantu memesan tur sehari. Namun, ketika saya tiba, saya menemukan bahwa tidak ada konfirmasi dan harganya 10- 20 yuan lebih tinggi dari harga yang dikirim melalui email. Saya pergi ke toko di sebelah H 78 dan meminta harga yang lebih murah, tetapi saya memutuskan untuk mempercayai hotel tersebut dan memesan harga yang lebih mahal. Saya memesan hotel, tetapi kemudian mengetahui bahwa toko di sebelah H 78 bertanggung jawab atas rencana perjalanan. Secara keseluruhan, layak untuk direkomendasikan. Lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan bandara dan Male. Kamarnya sederhana, cukup untuk kunjungan singkat. Tapi saya tidak ingin tinggal lama karena sangat ceroboh dan menurut saya kurang tepat tidak ada satu kamar pun yang dibuat selama 3 malam. Saya tidak membutuhkan siapa pun untuk membereskan tempat tidur saya, tetapi sebaiknya saya memeriksa sebentar setiap hari untuk melihat apakah para tamu masih memiliki tisu toilet dan mungkin mengosongkan tong sampah (terutama jika ada tanda yang mengatakan untuk membuang tisu ke dalam tempat tidur). Dan tidak boleh dicuci Kamar, terutama kamar mandi, berbau asap saat kami tiba.

We booked the w hotel and booked it as a transit in the city. However, due to miscommunication with the hotel staff with the hotel staff, we were not arranged to take the scheduled seaplane at 0730, instead they brought us to the airport around 8 which they said was ready for transit. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the w hotel staff told us our plane was at 1330 and was surprised that we were brought back to the airport for seaplane transfer. The miscommunication wasted the whole morning waiting and waiting. Fortunately, w arranged for us to wait in the lounge of seaplane transport, but this ruined our schedule and mood for the holiday. The staff for bringing our luggage was polite and helpful. The room was simply furnished so we had no expectations for a night stay. The location was close to the airport. Unfortunately, communication was poor.
