Had a lovely staff here. Room was lovely. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and restaurants, amazing choice at breakfast. Near several locations you can walk to and explore. The airport collection was really easy. Good wifi in all areas of the hotel. Would stay here again and at other Barahi group properties.

So this was my Second time staying at The Hotel Barahi Pokhara and they certainly outdid themselves! From the moment we arrived everyone and everything was 5 STAR! First of all you get a formal greeting from the staff. Everyone helps you with the luggage. You get a refreshing welcome drink which is fantastic since we had been in a Van for 7 hours. Our room was Amazing! Very spacious ( we booked a suite) It was filled with amenities that were all complimentary!The Bed was Super comfortable and the room was very clean. The Food at the Hotel Barahi is Second to None! There isn’t anything they can’t make. They really pay attention to every Guest and try to accommodate all of their needs and wants. I saw many staff members that I met during my first visit and everyone remembered me and came to greet me and chat with me.Durga and Laxmi are two Outstanding staff members who remembered me and went out of their way to make my second visit even better than the first! I Thank You Both 🙏 One last thing I Have to mention because it’s so impressive and rarely seen. The Hotel Barahi Staff treat each other with a level of Dignity and Respect I have never witnessed before. Everyone greets each other with a smile and a handshake. They speak to one another with respect no matter what position they hold. Everyone seems Genuinely happy to be there as part of the Barahi Family. This more than anything else is why The Hotel Barahi is the BEST in Pokhara and Nepal. Thank You! Jennifer Cooper

This an excellent modern hotel at a reasonable price and very conveniently situated to be able to walk to restaurants shops and bars as traffic in Kathmandu can be horrendous. Very helpful staff and nice restaurant beside pool for breakfast and other meals

I enjoyed the stay. The airport pick up was good. A very safe hotel. Lovely staff. The only thing they didn’t do well was they didn’t have much gluten free breakfast item and the labelling was a bit confusing. We got omelettes made to order each morning

I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to katmandu. The hotel is fantastic. The best location. Extremely courteous and gentle service. The transportation from and to the airport worked flawlessly. The staff at the rooftop restaurant, especially bini and anil, were outstanding.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the new barahi hotel in katmandu, and i must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment i entered the elegant lobby, i was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, modern furniture, and amenities. The cleanliness and attention to detail really impressed me. The hotel also offers a complete and delicious breakfast with many healthy options, including a live fresh juice corner. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of katmandu, making it easy to access popular tourist attractions and amenities. Additionally, the hotel has a nice infinity pool with a stunning view of the city.

It was a wonderful experience, and our server, sanjib, did an excellent job of serving breakfast. My parents were incredibly hospitable, and i would gladly return! The room service and personnel were excellent, and the breakfast view was breathtaking. It has been a wonderful stay!.
