Everything was is order, friendly staff, excellent service, comfortable beds, reasonable rates and central location. Would recommend to everyone with confidence. Loved freshly cut flowers every day. My partner and I managed to book last-minute accommodation here. Upon arrival we were greeted by Francis who has excellent customer service skills. What we were impressed with: The kitchen facilities (everything you need to make a meal including an oven) Very spacious A lovely dinner table Comfy couch and beds Lots of windows to let fresh air in and blinds for privacy Most of all - the beautiful freshly picked flowers. What a great surprise. How kind it is that they took time to do that for their visitors. It felt like a home-away-from-home as soon as we arrived. It is in a perfect central location. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay. This is the best customer service I have received when staying in Auckland.

I will definitely stay here again!. I enjoyed my stay at this motel. This is my second visit. The owner, Juliet, is quite accommodating and helpful. I had to be close to Mercy Hospital for treatment, which was convenient, and a taxi cost around 10 dollars. It is simple but clean, and includes everything you need, including a stove, microwave, and a pleasant sized living area. Everyone can wash their own clothes in a washing machine and dryer, and they charge two dollars for washing powder and four dollars for drying. The machine uses two dollars of coins. A bus stop is less than 100 meters away. It is convenient to the city and a new market.

This hotel has a good position, close to a showground, good cleanliness, attractive design, and comfortable bed, and convenient to get food there. I will definitely stay here again.

In the future, I fully intend to stay at the manfully evergreen. The manfully evergreen motel is conveniently close to cornwall park and one tree hill domain, one of Tasmania's most beautiful locations. In addition, there are several excellent restaurants close by. The proprietors are incredibly accommodating. My room had a fully furnished kitchen where you could make your meals from scratch, thereby avoiding the overpriced downtown hotel meals. Very comfy and spotlessly clean. Because you are only a short distance from all of the major attractions, stay at this reasonably priced motel and take uber if you want to sample some New Zealand wine. Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill Domain, a truly beautiful park in a stunning country, are ideal if you are a walker or jogger.

A fantastic location to stay. This is an older motel, but it has all you need and want! Nearby restaurants, shops, and buses are well worth the cost. We had two units beside each other for the five of us, and it worked extremely well. Plenty of plates and silverware. Kitchens that are fully operational. The most comfortable couches I've ever sat on in a motel, and dining options. For the brief time we were in the apartments, we all felt incredibly disappointed, especially considering the high price. We would most certainly return and would absolutely share the site with others.

The bed was very comfy as were the couch. The milk in the fridge was very welcome. It was great having an oven and microwave in each unit. The unit was very clean and homely with parking right outside the door a real bonus for a team. Shower pressure was great and with lots of towels and essentials. Its great having a hair dryer too. Its not high end and isn't supposed to be, just value for money.

quite old property, very dated exterior, public area not exactly appealling; bit sad, needs huge upgrafing; however, staff very attentive, professional, gd communicator, we drove 5 hours from New Plymouth, arrivaed at reception and hour prior to check in time; since a room is ready, we could check in, great courtesy room 12 we stayed, no hot water! possibly an oversight; room is tidy, minimalistic which appeals to us; very thoroughly cleaned; bedding, pillows comfly, often with old property and overdue carpet flooring, certain smell exits, but not our room, looks and feels hygenic amenities sufficient to cook meals, a plus good size fridge even with separates freezer upper compartment, very impressed windows could be adjusted for fresh air I definitely would book again.

We stayed for two nights while attending a competition and it fitted the bill well. We had two units side by side. It worked exceptionally well for what we wanted. Walking distance from shops and restaurants and the raceway. On the bus route. Very clean and quiet. Just what we wanted.

The motel is in a very good location, not far from the Newmarket shopping precinct. We were in a ground floor unit at the back of the complex which was nice and quiet. Staff are friendly and the unit is cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily.

The location of this motel is its biggest asset. It is a clean, modest motel but real value for money. The owners went out of there way to be helpful to us when we left some clothes behind in the wardrobe.
