Just perfect! Got a good sleep during my 12h+ layover. Before booking I was a bit worried which date I need to reserve because my stay was from morning to evening, but turned out whatever I would have chosen it would have been ok, they were super friendly and flexible at the reception. Aerotel Muscat is located within the departures (airport restricted) area on Level 5 of the Passenger Terminal Building at Muscat International Airport. Passengers must be in possession of a valid boarding pass and eligible travel document to access Aerotel Muscat. The rooms are chargeable by hours and not by day/night. Hence, please communicate your flight details or expected arrival time during your booking via use of Special Request Box, or contact the property directly, as your rooms will be booked accordingly i.e., as per hours.

Kindly go through below guidelines for transit and departure passengers.

Transiting Passengers:Please do not leave the transit (airport restricted) area or clear arrival immigration when you arrive into Muscat; re-entry into the transit area is not permitted without an onward boarding pass. We recommend that you contact your respective airline if you require information regarding flight check-in, boarding pass and baggage handling arrangement during transit, as Aerotel Muscat will not be able to retrieve check-in luggage on your behalf.

Departing Passengers:Guest coming from Muscat city should reconfirm with their respective airlines for check-in procedures. Advance check-in requirements differ between airlines; please do verify with your airline on their advance check-in policy to ensure sufficient time is provided to check-in and enjoy our facilities.

About Aerotel Muscat

Aerotel Muscat is a one-of-a-kind airport transit hotel which is strategically located at Level 5 within Departures (airport secured area) of Muscat International Airport, wherein we offer rooms on hourly basis.

Our Aerotel can be accessed by normal departing passengers (from MCT city) and transit passengers too.

Guests must be in possession of a valid boarding pass and travel document to access AEROTEL MUSCAT.
