Place is OK as it is clean. Very simple, no window in the room. Was OK for me when I arrived late at the airport and had to leave in the middle of the next morning. Be mindful of the fact a cash deposit will be requested upon arrival.

The staff were all kind, but I was dissatisfied with the following points: The hotel's WiFi was advertised as being equivalent to 100Mbps on the website, yet in reality, it was barely 1Mbps. There was no refrigerator. There were a lot of ants.

It was a cheaper end hotel and not to far from airport. For one night is ok price and then move on. I like to have a cup of tea in my room on arrival, but only coffee available. Our room did not have any windows, but good aircon, no hot water, netflix and youtube not active, we used our own.

The internet is very poor in this property. Our internet is much better now in Puerto Galera! The air conditioning unit is making a very loud sound. Toilet seat was broken. Had to move rooms due to the internet issue and that didn't solve the problem. Tried to order food and beer at night and the place was closed.

Paid for 3 nights breakfast included. This hotel will not honor breakfast. Highlights of the stay: Dirty floor - no disposable slippers and want to charge cleaning fee when floor us already dirty. No heater - they will provide with extra charge. Extra pillow - extra charge per night per pillow. Extra blanket - extra charge per night per blanket. No lobby phone number - if you ask for something, you have to go down to lobby. No trashbin in room. No refridgerator in room. Shampoo - extra charge. Soap - extra charge. Bottle water - extra charge. Unfriendly staff. The worst, net and on and off wifi connection. Overall, an awful experience. Id be offended if I were offered a free night accommodation and twice as offended if they offered 2 free nights. That is how bad this place is. Check my previous feedback for other hotels. I offer fair and constructive feedback. This place was spacious. Thats the best I can say. Thanks.
