1. The hotel requests advance notice of your flight details going to El Nido so we can arrange your airport transfers accordingly. Land transfer from Lio Airport to El Nido Pier and vice versa and boat transfer from El Nido Pier to Cauayan Island Resort and vice versa are included in the package and shared with other guests.2. Sea travel beyond 05:00 PM is not allowed in compliance with the Philippine Coast Guard. The Resort reserves the right to refuse transfer beyond the scheduled time. In case of a fortuitous event or failure to comply with this procedure, the Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to avail of the transfer included with the room rate resulting from flight delays, forfeiture, and unused rooms.3. All Villas are Smoke-Free. We have designated area in the bar and restaurant if you wish to smoke.4. Guests who book the Beach Front Villa are given exclusive access to sunbeds right by the beach.5. No- Cooking, Cooking Appliances or Combustibles: Outside food are strictly not allowed in the island.6. No Unauthorized Boats: Cauayan island Resort would like to remind our dear guest that having outside pre-arrange tours or activities are strictly prohibited. For security reasons, we do not allow unauthorized boats near the resort’s perimeter.7. For safety reasons, all Lagoon and Water Villas are strictly for Adults only. Children are not allowed as occupants of the room.
Resort Policies:
Land and Boat Transfer, kindly take note of the following: Roundtrip airport transfer (land and boat) via El Nido Airport is included in the package. Sea travel is subject to weather conditions and beyond 5pm is not allowed in compliance with the Philippine Coast Guard regulations. In case of a fortuitous event or failure to comply with this procedure, the Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to avail of the transfer included with the room rate resulting from flight delays, forfeiture, and unused rooms. In addition, the Resort reserves the right to refuse transfer beyond the scheduled time. A special boat transfer can be arranged at PHP 7,000.00nett per way while a special van transfer can be arranged at PHP 3500.00nett per way (except beyond 5 PM and subject to weather conditions).
