For our stay, we reserved a four-bedroom flat. Since we were a group of 4 and 2 couples, this unit was ideal for us if not too big, but it had two bedrooms with double beds, which we liked! The front security at the motel was the best aspect of our stay at this hotel. They arranged cabs for us and translated where we wanted to go for the cab drivers who could not speak English! The hotel was in fantastic shape and well-kept, and the service provided by each staff member was fantastic. Every day, we cleaned our apartment. On the 1 nd floor, there is a little cafe selling a reasonably priced breakfast, but dinner wasn't available. It cost 624 euros which equals 156 dollars each for four nights! I advise anyone looking to travel to cell phones without having to pay for expensive hotels to stay at this hotel.

The property itself is quite lovely, with roomy rooms, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a tiny but functional kitchen. You get free parking and a common lounging area with nice sofas outside. The corridors are large, and the decoration is attractive. However, there is no elevator, and the ground level is actually four flights higher. Unfortunately, I requested a clean room on the first day of my stay, but it didn't happen. The worst really had to do with their online booking and payment system. I charged my room to my pi account, which was deducted from my bank account but the transaction wasn't acknowledged by Copenhagen residences. They said I had to deal with their online payment gateway asiapay. I asked for the phone or email but the person from Copenhagen didn't have it. My hard-earned money goes down the drain. I tried looking for asiapays contact details, but the website only had his email address. I attempted calling the number, but I didn't get an answer. What a way to ruin what would have been an otherwise pleasant experience.

The room is adequate for a relaxing stay, maximum 2 pax per hotel advisory. There is a canteen just outside the hotel building, but still within the hotel premises. Due to time limitations, I haven't used their canteen. There is car parking available for a fee. The customer service is very satisfactory. The hotel staff is quick to react to guests needs on the hotel's premises. They assist in delivering customers' bags into and from the room. It has a strategic location due to its close proximity to the airport, it takes only 15 to 15 minutes to travel by taxi. There isn't many good restaurants close to the hotel.

I remained here for two nights for a sinulog event at the Copenhagen east residences. Make sure you have a map with you when you visit this area during that occasion. There was no mobile internet connection. For the sinulog event, I remained here for nights at the Copenhagen East residences. When you travel here during that occasion, I advise making sure to have a map with you. There was no internet connection. I can state that when it comes to traffic, Cell is like Manila, which is a nice thing that the regional government el is to be grateful for. The main hotel is on the main road, and this is the old, but not all residents are familiar with the property. Since I only go there at night to rest, they keep the room tidy and fix anything because I have stayed out for the entire day, so I can say, Cell is similar to Manila. Theres a cabal motor used as public transportation, which is still under the approval of the local administration, which is a great thing because its an old one. The hotel is on the main road, and the room is roomy, and amenities include a mini fridge, a water heater, and a microwave oven. Not everyone is aware of the place, so it was excellent that they kept the room spotless and remedied everything.
