Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. The bathroom, however, was quite spacious. Towels, some soap & shampoo provided. Big basin with mirror, nice toilet with bidet accessory & shower with nice, hot water. Everything was exceptionally clean. I watched housekeeping clean a room floor on one occasion & they were very thorough. The hotel is very well located opposite Gaisano Mall, with KCC Mall another 100 meters or so away. SM Mall & Robinson's are close by, and also a bank & 7-Eleven.Lots of tricycles outside for easy transport. Very friendly staff. They have a fridge with drinks available & snacks. Worth noting there are other rooms that are more spacious, with a view to the street, at a higher price point. I would stay again.

Room is too small but ok for the price. Bathroom is big though with working hot and cold shower. Hotel is right across the main entrance of Gaisano Mall and a short walking distance to KCC Mall. Plenty of eats around. Check in/check out was fast. Hotel has elevator.

please use proper ADDRESS next time. you can make in front of gaisano mall as land mark. the name of your hotel is not familiar with the people of gensan except the novotel. it took me 1hr to find the place. but the place is nice and convenient. i highly recommended.

I was deceived with the price on line from 896 but i was charged by expedia for 1000 per night.but the actual price at the hotel counter was 850.no hair blower.

I got the cheapest of rooms and it's pretty small, a bed, a tv that's it. No other furniture or storage capacity. They do have other larger and better equipped rooms. Unless you're on a super tight budget I think the better rooms would be worth it. Note that Google Maps have the location of this hotel wrong. It is in front of the Gmall entrance.

Ése hotel está bajo construcción, estuve que irme urgentemente, solo estuve una noche, tengo fotos, y había polvo donde quiera, había muchísimo ruido, hasta me enfermé, deseo que me reembolsen todo mi dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, todas las losas del piso están flojas y rotas, no tenía agua caliente y ducha del baño estaba rota, estuve que tomar un taxi y pagar otro hotel mucho más caro fuera de mi presupuesto, me sentí engañado y tengo 80 años de edad, por favor deseo que me reembolsen el dinero a mi tarjeta de crédito, gracias
