Check-in Process:La Mirada Hotel does not have a front desk. Guests must check in and collect keys at Sotogrande Hotel and Resort (next door).Beach Access:The property is not directly on the beach, but guests can access the beach at a nearby sister resort (about a 5-minute walk) for free.Check-in Requirements:Guests must show booking confirmation and valid government-issued IDs. If the person who booked is not present, a signed Letter of Authorization (LOA) and a copy of a valid ID are required.Incidental Deposit:A cash deposit of Php 1,500 per room is required at check-in, refundable after room inspection.Occupancy Policy:Only registered guests are allowed in rooms. Extra guests need approval and may incur additional fees.Visitor Policy:Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Meetings can only be held in public areas.Smoking Policy:Strict no-smoking policy.
