Luxury Bahay Kubo near Tagaytay

Our rate includes cleaning and other support services. Please keep the property clean, the appliances and furnitures in good order. We do not charge additional cleaning and service fees. Gratuity or tip is optional and appreciated, that goes directly and divided equally to our staff IF you are happy and satisfied with our services and amenities.
However, the services include only within our property and whatever we have available in the villa. If you need more such as food, cocktail drinks or liquor, please bring your own or buy before coming from the stores or supermarket along the way to our place. Anything we buy for you is with service fee for gasoline and vehicle expenses. Minimum is P100 per trip to the closest small stores in the area, P200 to the Cavite-Batangas boundary, i.e. 7/11 store, and P300 to the Calaca or Dacanlao town. If it's too late or weather is not permitting, we reserve the right to refuse errands.
We will take pictures and videos of the property before you arrive as a proof that it was in order. Additional charges will apply for any damage.
