- Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Please use designated smoking areas. A fine of Php 10,000 will be charged in accordance with Philippine Executive Order No. 26 – 2017.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Please handle all furnishings, fixtures, and appliances with care. Any damage, loss, or required repairs caused by the guest or their companions will be charged accordingly.
- Illegal activities will result in immediate removal from the property and reporting to local authorities. Payments made will not be refunded.
- Extensions of stay are subject to availability and approval.
- Lost keys will incur a charge of Php 100.
- Open flames and candles are not permitted.
- Additional requests or special items may be provided for a fee. Please refer to the list included in your welcome kit or coordinate with your host.
- Garbage collection takes place daily between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Kindly secure and place your waste outside for pick-up.
- For your safety, the premises are monitored by CCTV in common areas.
