Arrived Boracay, off-season July, with no reservations at all. Sat on a wall with my tablet for over 2 hours, studying my options on Expedia, to try to make decision, evaluating all properties from their characteristics/reviews. My gut led me to choose this one; price was excellent around USD $30, it was at the upscale north end of White Beach (nr. station 1) and was ACTUALLY BEACHFRONT. I was not disappointed. It's not a luxury property but the location on Boracay, at the quieter, classier north end of the beach, is superb; on unquestionably the very best section of the entire beach--widest, cleanest, prettiest. Walkable to Stn.2. Price off season most reasonable; staff friendly and helpful---cleaned my laundry for $6. Negotiated a bit on extended stay. 24 hour number available for any after hours issues. Only issue, which others commented on, was the poor/unreliable on/off wi-fi, which the property is aware of and will presumably fix soon. A non-luxury-needing traveler who wants a solid, clean little room in the best location on Boracay, cannot go wrong with this property at this price. No elevator may be consideration for some; also, no direct entry from the road. Must walk along the beautiful beach with luggage to get to it! CNN International & A/C worked. Charmingly, did hear a rooster at 4:30 AM, and a cute gecko ran up my wall from the air conditioner area, but that's part of the charm of being in the Philippines, part of exotic travel! Solid budget choice!!

Fairly good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The included breakfast was decent. Its not exactly a beachfront property, but its fairly close enough. I didnt like that it didnt have access to the main road at the back, unlike the resorts nearby, for commuting because the establishments were far from the resort and you had to travel a good kilometer or more to get to any commercial place. Also we had several power outages and the generator didnt automatically start after, so you had to wait a few minutes for the power to come back. But overall the resort was fine.

A charming little hotel directly on the beach. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The restaurant, beach Bites bistro, is excellent, especially the pizza. The service is firstrate. This hotel and restaurant are an ideal spot to witness the sunset.

The location is perfect in station 1. You can enjoy the clean beachfront area with bench and the hotel lets you borrow beach towels. The staff are very friendly and nice. If you want to have a smooth holiday in station 1 without spending too much money, this is the place to go!.

This place is very nice, and i really appreciate being close to station 1. Its also directly in front of the beach. A small hotel between the big ones, with very affordable prices compared to paying thousands in the same area. The only drawback is that they have no alleyway to enter or exit, so its a 15minute walk from the main road. To enter, you have to go through a small alleyway to the beach, and vice versa. But we didnt mind because the beautiful place made up for it all. I would highly recommend it to friends.

The beach is directly in front of the hotel. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. This is one of the best options if you plan to spend most of your time outside. Good enough to enjoy your time in boracay.

The staff is very nice, the location is good, the rooms are clean, and the picking service is daily. The beach near the hotel is very clean and the sea is amazing in boracay. Laundry is probably possible. Beach towels are available in the lobby. The room is very small and the view from the window is to the wall.
