“Our Simple House Rules”

1. No smoking inside the property, smoking is allowed in the balcony, and an ashtray is provided for butts.(Do not dispose cigarette butts in the trash cans as it might burn the garbage bag)
2. No pets allowed
3. No parties.
4. No outside visitors are allowed to stay overnight, Registered guests only.
5. Always turn on the range hood/kitchen exhaust when cooking, P5,000 fine fee imposed by the building management when the smoke alarm rings due to guest negligence.
6. Do not eat and drink in the bed area to avoid spilling of any liquid on the mattress.
7. Do not stain the towels, linens, and sofa covers. P300 pesos will be charge for the stain items mention.
8. Strictly no hanging of clothes, towels or any items at the balcony otherwise the fine is P5,000 set by the building admin.
9. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
10. Please observe quite time after 9 PM.
11. Please make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you are not using it or when you leave the unit, Don’t forget to lock the doors.
12. Please wash the dishes before you check-out.
13. When you go out, please double check if you lock the door properly using the smart lock.
14. If you want to throw the garbage, the garbage room is located outside the room. There's "GARBAGE ROOM" signage.
15. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to agoda.
