House Rules

1) Smoking is not allowed in any area of the property complex.
2) Pets of any kind are not allowed.
3) Parties and events are not allowed.
Guests are to observe night time peace and quiet.
4) Hanging of clothes at the balcony is not allowed.
5) Guest are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit. Keep the unit clean at all times. Please dispose garbage at the Garbage Area every night before sleeping to avoid insects coming inside the unit.
6) Only duly registered/authorized guests are to be allowed entry into the property. Always have your Guest Authorization Pass and ID ready upon entry to the property for any security check.
7) Do not bring any items belonging to the unit outside of the property.
8) We only provide 1 set of linens and towel each guest. However for long stay guests more than 1 week, we can offer unit cleaning and change of linens and towels.
9) Please turn off appliance when not in use or when leaving the unit.
