1.) Long term tenants looking to book need to supply negative PCR test results or vaccine card to One Oasis office as per their policy. One Oasis is very strict in their tenants health with no cases of Covi19.

2.) One Oasis management has a 200php fee per person per day for the use of the swimming pool.

3.) One Oasis management has a fee per person per day for the use of the Gym.

4.) One Oasis management has a booking fee for the club house for private functions that can be arranged.

5.) Parking needs to be arranged through One Oasis reception. Only drop off and pick up for 2hr maximum in front of club house. There is arrange paid overnight parking. All parking of vehicles in complex must go through One Oasis management if wanting overnight or long term paid parking.

Please inform us if you have vehicle so we can notify the management. There is a penalty for not following their rules for parking.

6.) Official government ID of all guests are required by the building management for the booking to make smooth entry into One Oasis security complex.

7.) Building management requires all guests to wear masks within the compound and social distancing if there will be a gatherings. Failure to comply will incur penalties (fees) issued by them.

8.) Drying clothes in the balcony is strictly prohibited by the building management. This will incur fines.

9.) Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the complex and any false submission of documents are penalized by the building management.

10.) The cost of replacement of the item, fixing, transportation, and the locksmith for the keys and door lock will be the responsibility of the guests should there damaged or lost.

11.) There is a periodic water (between 11.00 pm to 4.00 am) and electricity interruptions due to current construction in the near building. Please note that building management sometimes provides us delayed information on the exact schedule so please be aware on their notices in the elevator. Hence, we put a water storage inside the shower area for you to use which you can refill when the water comes in

12.) We hired professional cleaners and pay top dollar. Please manage your expectation.

Please note that we are only responsible for the unit that we are hosting. Any house rules implemented by the building management is out of our jurisdiction and control. We suggest to abide their rules to avoid penalties.
