Staff awesome. Location great. They accommodated me in room preference location. I didn't care for where I was at and as soon as something else came available, they moved me. Wi-Fi was out pretty much most my 2 weeks. Not their fault. Provider problem. If you have to have Wi-Fi , think ahead . No big deal. Great place

I enjoyed this hotel more than any other I stayed at! The staff from the front desk, bar and restaurant, cleaners, and door staff was amazing. I will stay at this hotel anytime I’m in Cebu. Thank you Jean for all you do and your staff and co workers are the very best.

The hotel has its quirks.Great place to stay. Ultimately I think think that it is the staff who make the hotel. Everyone is polite friendly and courtesy is a standard above all there. The executive room is definitely worth the extra money. The security guard at the front door , sorry I can't remember his name but works days, was always super helpful and gave excellent directions

I had a problem with parking on the street. Was not made aware that the hotel offered a free valet service to care for customers that have a vehicle. The hotel was kind enough to pay for the parking ticket and actually going to the LTO office to take care of it! That's CUSTOMER SATISFATION at its VERY BEST!!! Very professional staff! EXCELLENT!!!
