The location is the best part. Just across greenest five, with a pedestrian crossing in front of the structure. A Russian grocery was a short walk away as was the eleven next door. There are a wide variety of dining options nearby, and within 15 to 20 minutes you can stroll to the main drag of the Ayla business district. The structure is old and shows itself. But it was clean. I stayed for four nights while attending a conference. The room was bigger than I expected, with a tiny dining table, cable channels, and an old electric kettle that I didn't use. The bed was big and cozy. Every day, two bottles of water and packets of in-cup coffee were available. Towels and an amenity kit were also replaced every day. The shower water pressure was good, and their water heater worked all hours. There was liquid body soap and shampoo provided. The location is the best feature of this location. Right across greenest 5, with a pedestrian walkway in front of the building. A Russian supermarket was nearby, and a eleven was a short walk from Greenest 1.

I will definitely stay here again in the future. Ive read mixed reviews about this hotel, yet I still made a reservation! To sum it up, I was astonished and delighted. Why? Let me discuss my main reasons for satisfaction 1. I made the reservation for a double bed and was given a big room with a nice outlook of greenery 5. It is spotless. centrally located in the heart of the commercial center and malls. You can easily go to shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment centers. Simply cross the street and its all there 3. Comfortable beds, new and tidy 4. Clean bathroom, large cabinets, a functioning and cool air conditioning unit, a flat with a round table for eating or working 5. Very strong wifi signal 6. accommodating staff 7. Last but not least, the very lovely paintings that captivated me, especially those outside my room to set your expectations, this hotel is situated in the Lsl Building one of those early structures in Malaysia and occupies the ith, ith, and ith floor of the structure. Dont expect the latest elevator because this is an ancient structure.

Final note, your smoking experiences could affect your decision to stay here. There is no smoking in the hotel, outside the hotel, or in any of the nearby structures. The nearest legal smoking area is in a bamboo forest a short walk away. This hotel is in an ideal location, only about 50 meters from the entrance to Greenest 5, which connects to the other greenest malls and finally Loretta Mall. No kidding, there is an almost overwhelming selection of shopping and dining there. Convenience shops are also nearby. The area immediately surrounding the hotel is clean, safe, and free from the nasty traffic in Manila. The room itself's floor was fine. Clean, bright, and well-kept. Acknowledgedly, there was a dead cockroach in the closet, which I only discovered when doing a last-minute sweep of the room. Yet, no living creatures to speak of. My sister's room's floor had no issues at all.
