The hostel faces directly to the beach. The toilet is very clean. Shower under the sky which was amazing. There were 2 groups including us staying when we were there, and the last day was just us. It was kind of a private beach with beautiful sunsets and stars for our own use. One meal costs about 350 p which is quite expensive for me but big and delicious, worth the price! The island is enough to walk around on one day.

I was shocked that it was true. It was booked, knowing it would be a big mistake. As it happens, its heaven on earth. Everything is brand new, even though the camp is only six months old. You can get electricity until dusk, and if you use application as your mobile provider, you can access some service there. The food is simple but delicious, around 300 pesos with three options one vegetarian, beer 100 pesols. Go fishing, swimming, or just wandering the island. Check out the guys at dryft and the isla experience, they are really nice people and you may eat there unless you want to have some variety. Do it now reserving for an isolated island experience. I would suggest backpackers island to anyone who enjoys local native cuisine from a fantastic cook, white sand, and sweeping sea views next to your hut at favourable prices. However, dont anticipate luxury because it is merely tiny. Youre in the right place if you enjoy nature and the seawater next door to each of your cabins. Will, the driver, will take you back to Teneguiban via complimentary boat transfers to o select areas of El Nido. If you want to explore, you can walk either side of the island. The local kids will guide you along, unless you find them lol.

One of the best travel experiences ever for us! All staff are kind and helpful, especially dom and adios, working so hard to make our stay amazing. Paradiselike location you dreamed of but didnt realize it existed. This is the cheapest accommodation on the island and also the most authentic. Beautiful and comfortable cabins. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and practical. Snorkeling with wrack on beach is absolutely fantastic. Dont hesitate to go snorkeling also from the beach in front of town, there are huge colorful corals as well as multicolored fish. We were lucky to swim with giant turtles we met while kayaking in the next bay after the village. Food is very well prepared, not expensive and good. Breakfast was included in our case. Some complained that they had to wait for their food. They must have had an urgent appointment. Kayaks can be rent much cheaper than other structures around, and snorkelling equipment is provided for free. Only two other hotels are accessible for eat, drink, or dinner. Variety is available. If you do this during checkin or checkout, boat transfer is free of charge. Tom responds very quickly with messages to provide all information you need. No wifi, but most of times. When you leave, they can also arrange all possible transfers for you.

We originally intended to stay there for two nights but ended up staying longer. The beach is the best location on the island, the huts and facilities are basic but you get everything you need! Shower, clean bathroom, wifi and electricity from evening onwards. We ate there three times and it was very good and delicious. Cold beers and fresh drinks whenever we wanted them. Overall the most relaxing experience we had during our onemonth trip to the islands! Thank you.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Ideal for two nights. A very laidback and rustic style of living. There are mosquito nets in the room and flies in them. The rooms electricity is cut off at 1 am-5 am and occasionally throughout the day. Also, there is tv in each room. Showers and bathrooms are shared. Towels are provided. Complimentary coffee and water are offered. Meals and beverages are available. Snorkeling was amazing. Remember to bring cash!.

This place is highly recommended! There are few accommodations like this one for world travelers. Simple cabins with no amenities, but cozy and clean on a stunning beach! White sand, turquoise water, and delicious homemade food. You must come if you want remembrance of opulence and comfort!.

Dont hesitate to make a reservation here, its truly magical and incredibly beautiful! Darocotan island is genuinely secluded, heavenly, and our preferred location in the entire of the Philippines. Its surrounded by vibrant corals and colorful fish, making it essentially enchanting. The islands serene, carfree atmosphere makes it an utterly unique place. Although basic, the lodging offers everything you could possibly need, including reviving showers, cozy mattresses, mosquito nets for relaxing, or hammocks. We would have liked to have extended our stay much longer.

If you want to visit the island, stay at isla, which is a 5minute walk away. Andy was friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to get to and from el nido. The best beach on the islands is only ten steps from your door. Potential for growth facilities rooms dont have fans, contrary to what is advertised. Huts are sweltering at night and leak with rain. Bathrooms smell like urine and toilets lack toilet seats. Showers have 10 bars of soggy, half used soap bars. We expected rustic, but there is no distinction between basic and dirty. Tip: If youre like us, you cant afford to go to ilios. Backpackers gave us ok fish filet for 400 pesohs while we were eating. At illin, 480 pesetois got us an allyoucaneat buffet featuring chicken, salad, pork, fish, and fruit. Excellent food, warm atmosphere, clean bathrooms with toilet seat! Im hoping they can change things up soon.

I would definitely return and highly recommend it. Just wow. More detailed review on ta, but we stayed here for 2 nights. We couldnt find any/many reviews before going, however glad we did! Was amazing. Basic hut but decent bathroom. Beach to die for. Literally paradise. Transfers included! If you are considering this place, just do it! Will upload some photos as well. The staff is also very friendly - lots of free coconuts!

It was a great stay, we spent 6 nights there and it was ideal for unwinding and taking in the island. The food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. Its quiet and relaxing, so go ahead and enjoy yourself.

This place is a place to unwind away from the comforts of the city. It has everything you need, and the meals are delicious and wellprepared. The staff is always available to assist. Snorkeling on the wreck is amazing and only takes 100 meters to go there. There are only 50 people on this island. Two stores are located in the tiny little toen where you can purchase anything you might need. Additionally, there is an interesting sight to see in terms of pristine natural and organic ingredients.

This place is close to the natural world you can even imagine. I will always be in love with this place! Quiet, friendly, breathtaking. Amazing location for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of listening to waves. Be prepared to hear or even see bats in your small house at night Found and eating my bananas one night. If you are a backpacker who loves camping, this is definitely your place. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality you bring to that place, ali, analee, Romeo, and leo. We planted two palm trees next to our house, please take care of them! Once more, thank you.
