This hotel is definitely outdated. First of all, the lobby itself is in a basement area and not particularly inviting. The building and the rooms itself are aged. The hallways echoed and gave our room a haunting atmosphere. We also had a shower problem, where it would be warm for about 2 minutes and then cold in the middle of your shower. That was dismal. The included breakfast is a la carte but with very limited options. The location is good because it is close to the greenest, loretta, and landmark. The Ayla gardens store is directly across the street, but it's still not fully operational, so not much is available. Blackbird is a great restaurant, but be prepared to spend a lot. The facilities are limited, and the swimming pool is very small and in an awkward position. Overall, if your looking for somewhere to stay in the area, you can probably find something much nicer for less. The staff, on the other hand, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Shame the hotel was subpar.

I stayed in the onebedroom executive suite. This room is very nice, clean, and spacious. The only update required was to change the original windows in the room from the 1970 s, because there was 1 gap in the bathroom window where noise and hot air could get in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It is not a buffet. It is a plated breakfast with 2 eggs, cheap meat like spam, and rice. The buffet part is only melon, coffee, juice, and bread and butter. I had to supplement my breakfast every day with my own hardboiled eggs. The gym is small but with good equipment. Overall, it was a good stay.

In general, if you're searching for a place to stay in the area, you could probably find something much nicer for less. This hotel is undoubtedly antiquated. First and foremost, the lobby itself is subterranean and unattractive. The building and rooms are both outdated. The hallways echoed and gave our room a haunting atmosphere. We also had a shower issue, where it would be warm for approximately two minutes and would only become chilly in the middle of your shower. That was unfavorable. The complimentary breakfast is a la carte but has extremely few options. The location is excellent because it is within walking distance to the greenest, Loretta, and landmarks. The Ayla Gardens stores are directly across the street, but it's still a little unopened, so not much is available. Blackbird, a lovely restaurant, is close by, but be prepared to shell out a lot of money. The amenities are limited, and the swimming pool is tiny and awkwardly situated. Overall, you could find something far nicer for a little less for your stay. Despite their great friendliness and helpfulness, the personnel is lovely and helpful. That was disappointing.
