When i arrived around 2pm i ask the frontdesk that i will check in. When they check my confirmation number it was not listed on their reservation but they received the email from expedia meaning i have no rooms to stay to their hotel as they are fully booked. But the good side is Kimberly Tacbaya (Frontdesk of Travelbee Fuente) was very helpful finding solution where i have hopes from her that she can resolve the issue and she did. She transferred me to a different hotel which is same branch as she said. Since the distance between Travelbee Fuente and Big Hotel near Parkmall is quite far she said that Taxi Fare will be paid upon arrival at Big Hotel and yes it happened with the help of Armund. Overall, great customer service from TravelBee fuente because i am satisfied that Kimberly Tacbaya resolved the issue and i feel accommodated.

This was not the Travelbee I had stayed at a few years ago which is now undergoing renovation but a completely new hotel with exceptionally well appointed rooms for a budget hotel and very conveniently located downtown very close to the Fuente area. Everything is new and well made. Of course there are a few minor niggles: mirror is in a dark corner of the bathroom which makes shaving less easy and it is easy to go one floor higher than needed as the levels are not marked. Aircon is good and there are screens at the shower windows but I did encounter a couple of mosquitos so I would recommend they sprayed the rooms.

Excellent staff, clean facilities, and great location next to Osmena circle and Mango square. Budget hotel that is an exceptional value. Very strong WiFi too.

Basic hotel but centrally located in a good and easy to get around. Room was clean but as it is a basic hotel no extra amenities available. No lift in the hotel either and is 4 storeys so only good if you can walk up stairs and carry your own bag. Very basic breakfast offered as well.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, which is helpful. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy but effective.

The room is clean, very comfortable. Breakfast here is not special. The receptionist can refill the water at this time. I was happy, they were so kind, very friendly. They also provide free breakfast. The WiFi here is still functional, and they also have a nice wifi. The place is close to a Robinsons Fuentes.

Before our trip, we stayed here for the night. Nice clean and comfortable bed, suited our needs for the night stay. Breakfast was included and reasonably priced. Not far from bars and restaurants.

The staff was kind and kind. The room was simple but quite clean and comfortable. The aircon was noisy but efficient. The shower was extremely powerful and hot. Our overnight stay was great. The hotel is near restaurants and shops, which is convenient.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the bathroom was slightly worn (but more than acceptable). There are watercoolers on each landing for drinking water and the breakfast provided does the job. The hotel is quietly located though not far from food and shopping options.

Good price for cebu but basic accomodation. Thin matress and sheets. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was good. You can walk some restaurants but you can use grab to get anywhere. Great for a cheap stay with breakfast but dont expect luxury
