Before renting a villa with some friends in Albufeira, we stayed here for a few nights, and I can say it was the best choice, without a doubt. It featured everything we required, a comfortable room with a nice, spotless bathroom, a very friendly staff, and even a tiny swimming pool. More importantly, it was fairly affordable. The only reason I do not recommend this hotel is that it was a little far from the beach on foot. Other than that, a fantastic hotel.

This property was in the old town of Albufeira and it is conveniently located at the top of the hill. Whichever way you go when you head down to the main town, you will find options for dining, supermarkets and the like. The main town is about a 10 minute walk, which is all along the water. I felt extremely safe staying at this property. The staff was super helpful. Each and every person at the front desk, day or night, was knowledgable and kind. I felt very much at home. Please note that the summer months are HOT and there is only air con in a select few rooms. There are fans and the ocean breeze helps at night - but not so much in the day. The pool is very small but refreshing for a quick dip. If you want to spend time by the water, your best bet is to head down to the beach (which is quite lovely). Ubers are easy to find and you will not wait more than 5 mins at peak times. While there are some quirks to the hotel and some things that need to be updated, the stay was lovely and the beds comfortable and the room clean. Enjoy the views at the top of the old town and embrace the quirks!

Really nice staff who make sure you have a great stay. We had the air con in our room which we preferred to the balcony view during this hot spell. They also kindly supplied us with a kettle to have our coffee in the room.

The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. The views from the balcony and the roof top terrace are beautiful especially during sunset. The mini fridge was perfect to keep drinks and snacks. The pool is super clean and there’s lots of lounge chairs available. The outlets are a bit far from the bed but I just plugged my phone in when I went to bed and had no issues
