From February 2022 to March 2022, my son visited Russia from the uk and spent 11 nights at the hotel, the hotel's location, the rooms, and breakfast. Most importantly, the employees were outstanding, friendly, and professional, in particular, the marina dmitri employee managers, who helped us greatly with a few problems. These individuals should be acknowledged for their exceptional service because they are a credit to the hotel, its brand, and the company. Thank you.

I've spent two nights here and would definitely stay again there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and you won't hear any noise from the other guests. The hotel restaurant and bar are both worth a visit. The breakfast is basic but works.

I stayed here for work and business trips in Moscow. The property is strategically located and the rooms are good for four people. Breakfast is delicious, but I didn't feel very welcome in the bar that works every day near the lobby. It appears that employees there aren't treating guests well. Every time we wanted to order SMTH, we had to go to the bar or call the person from the bar by voice because otherwise he passed by and didn't even look at you. After making a reservation, you may wait 15 20 minutes for tea, but in reality, it's all about putting water into the kettlecup. The rest of hotel cleaning is fine, the front desk responds very quickly to requests and seeks out the best solution if you have a problem.

The bar staff at the library bar were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Such a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after work. Nothing seemed to be the least hassle for anyone. Abu is a gem!
