I've stayed in Good News a few times while on vacation in Rwanda. This time was a school trip. The establishment has two parts, old and new. Both have clean and comfortable rooms. The gardens are beautiful, and the view over Kali is breathtaking. The food is excellent, and you can eat breakfast in the garden listening to the colorful birds or watching the kites and mousebirds in the trees. The staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Good news would be my recommendation for a safe, comfortable, clean place with delicious food in Kali.

I would recommend it to stay here again because it was great to stay with good news. Ben and his team always give us a warm welcome when we arrive at the airport and provide us with a quick supper. The rooms are cozy and clean and have views from balconies. The breakfast in the garden is always a highlight, with plenty of fresh fruit, eggs to order, pancakes, toast, tea, and coffee. Other dishes are cooked to order by their chef and are delicious.

This is the best place to stay if you ever visit Kali. They treat you like family. The chef prepares to order. The atmosphere is very quiet and the view is fantastic, especially at night. There is excellent security. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The price is midrange. They can speak English. Taxis take only 10 minutes to get to the city center. The wifi is stable. However, if you enjoy your breakfast in the garden, spray your ankles with mosquito repellent.

We stayed at the Good News Guest House for nearly ten days. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and had nice showers! The view from breakfast is one you will not forget and at night it looks out over a brightly lit conference center. The food was very good and delicious with a lot of variety each day. Would highly recommend staying here as our group enjoyed our time at the Gogh. Ill definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful time in Gogh again, with a restful evening and delicious breakfast in the garden. The spinach soup was delicious when we arrived! Thank you to Ben and the staff for bringing us and making our stay so enjoyable, as well as Eric, the wonderful driver, who drove us to the sauna border crossing. We would undoubtedly return any time we are in Kali! It's worth letting them know you need a taxi if the service is within the methodist church complex, otherwise, some are challenging to locate.
