Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk para jamaah umrah. Meskipun hotel ini berada di belakang, namun makanan yang disajikan untuk para jamaah umrah adalah masakan Indonesia. Para staf yang bertugas juga berasal dari Indonesia. Makanan yang disediakan selalu tersedia dan tidak pernah habis.

Akses ke Masjid Nabawi sangat dekat, sehingga sangat memudahkan untuk menuju masjid pada waktu jam sholat jamaah. Akses ke pertokoan dan tempat makan juga mudah dan dekat. Catering hotelnya ramah, saya dan teman-teman pernah terlambat pada jam makan malam, dengan penuh perhatian kru ruang makan mengambil makanan dari dapur untuk saya dan kawan-kawan. Untuk kamar standar, tapi nyaman.

Di sekitar hotel banyak yang menjual souvenir haji dan umroh. Ada juga penukaran uang yang tidak jauh dari hotel.
