The worst and dirtiest hotel ive ever seen. The place is like a public market. There are no rules, chaos and noise everywhere. There is no interest in cleanliness and sterilization. The smell of the room and the hotel in general is very bad. When i entered the room, i found leftover food on the floor, the water kettle is full of rust and dirt, the sheets are dirty and the air conditioner is noisy. The window doesnt close, there are cockroaches in the bathroom, and the fire alarm in the hallways rings continuously all day, making it impossible to sleep. I waited more than 4 hours after arriving to settle my room, so my children fell asleep on the floor from the fatigue of travel. The situation is disastrous and i do not recommend it at all.5.0/53 Aug 2025

This place is quite good quality and price compared to hotels in mekkah. However, the mattresses need to be replaced because the springs just pinched my back. Kami mengalami masalah dan penundaan selama 3 jam. Semoga Allah membantu staf Saudi di resepsionis, beliau sabar dan sabar dalam menanggapi ucapan orang dan membuat mereka sabar dengan perkataannya, dan staf keamanan tidak lalai, semoga Allah membalas mereka. Saya melihat bahwa sebagian besar hotel selalu memiliki kurangnya kesadaran pengunjung tentang kebersihan diri dan tata letak tempat tinggal yang baik di hotel, sehingga dapat menularkan penyakit, apalagi sebagian besar pengunjung tersebut tidak saling mengenal. All accommodation contracts must be submitted electronically through the Nusuk Masar platform for verification and confirmation. The visa application can be processed once the accommodation is confirmed.
