Everything was 10 on 10. It was located near the Mosjid al nobobi. Only 4-5 minutes walk. Lots to do around. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were helpful and friendly. They called everyday to make sure our stay was going smooth. Pricing was minimum. I highly recommend this place.

Room was in excellent condition. There were many routine accessories available in the room. The set up and the accessories were very thoughtful. Their staff was very cooperative and customer services were available 24 hours. The location is very convenient for reaching haram, just a few steps away. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially in Room 303. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained throughout my visit. I would especially like to appreciate the excellent housekeeping service provided by Rubal, Arif, and Rana. They were professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to detail. The room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Their dedication, hard work, and warm attitude truly made a difference in my experience. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort shown and look forward to staying here again!

Amazing hotel, and in a very good location within Madinah. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk from The Prophet’s Mosque, putting it in a prime location. There is a large variety of shops and other facilities around. In terms of the actual hotel, the hotel rooms are very spacious, clean, and the hotel looks very modern. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. They are very approachable, and they are always looking for ways to improve. The breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. It was delicious. Overall, an excellent hotel, which feels very premium and comfortable, and this hotel experience went beyond expectations!

Alhamdulilah clean hotel. Very nice staff. Brother mamoan may Allah reward him for his efforts he was very nice always asking if we needed anything. The whole staff was really nice. My flight was delayed and they accommodated with staying extra time in the room. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in future.

We had a wonderful stay at Jiwar Al Madinah hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect (about 5 mins walk to Gate 305-Masjid Nabawi) which is closest to men’s entrance and about 10 mins to women’s entrance. There are many shops and eateries around the hotel..very convenient getting around. The staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. It truly offers great value for money, with comfort and quality exceeding our expectations. The room is clean and with generous amenities. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, fresh ingredients, and excellent quality every morning. What truly made our breakfasts memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the restaurant manager, Mr. Alae. He went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, always attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. His dedication and hospitality made our daily breakfast experience truly special. He even personally blended my coffee which one of the best I’ve tasted. Thank you to the entire team for a lovely stay—we look forward to returning again.

We stayed at the hotel from the 16th to the 20th, and our experience was truly exceptional. Despite arriving very early in the middle of the night, the staff on duty—Mr. Mojammel and Sohel, along with the night manager—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort from the very moment we arrived. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel immediately welcomed and relaxed. Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people who made our experience even more memorable, especially the restaurant manager, Aladin, and the floor attendant on Level 8, Sahudul, whose attentiveness and warm hospitality were outstanding. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this hotel. Choosing this place for our stay in Madinah was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always remember the exceptional service and sincere hospitality we received. Our final thanks to Duty manager at reception Mr Zyati..hope i spell his name correct
