Kamarnya luass nyaman banget nginep ber4 bersama keluarga, shower air hangat, ACnya dingin banget tp bisa diatur suhu kok, cocok untuk yg mau ngepressin budget, kita banyak hahhehhoh krn mereka pake aksen singlish tp mereka ramah bgt ngulang² ngomongnya😅 Minusnya cuman jalan mayan jauh klo ke mrt station (700m) tp klo gamau terlalu jauh jalan masih bisa ke halte bus (300m)

Hotel yang bersih dengan kamar yang luas dan banyak penjual makanan saat keluar hotel, namun kebanyakan bukan makanan halal bagi yang muslim. Sayangnya kami hanya diberikan air mineral gelas saat datang di hari pertama dan hari kedua. Kopi, shampo, sabun mandi, kopi dan air mineral tidak diberikan lagi ke stasiun MRT yang agak jauh. Hotel Bright Star sangat bagus, lain kali kalau ke Singapura lagi ingin menginap di sini lagi dan semoga pelayanannya diperbaiki lagi.

Nginap disini 3 malam, sebenernya untuk hotel cukup memuaskan, kamar bersih, air hangat dan hair dryer ok, plusnya terutama karena jarang ada yg provide untuk 3-4 adults dalam 1 room. Namun akses ke MRT cukup jauh sekitar 650m, harus siap terutama bagi yang ingin bepergian dg public transport setiap harinya. Plusnya lagi saat sudah check out bisa menitipkan koper apabila ingin bepergian terlebih dahulu supaya tidak ribet bawa2 barang
