fasilitas nya lengkap, free air minum dan kopi capsule, ada microwave, kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih (beberapa ada bidetnya) dan ada waterheater, karyawan nya ramah, di area nya nyaman sekali untuk saya. didepan ada banyak jual makanan india (tapi aku kurang suka makanan india ya), pemandangannya indah buat aku tidak mau pulang dari singapore. dekat hotel fullerton jadi pemandangannya seperti fullerton. dekat dari merlion, old police hill, 100 meter sisi kanan MRT RAFFLES, 100 meter sisi kiri MRT CLARKE QUAY. BEST DEH POKOKNYA😭😭 Terletak di sepanjang danau.

Nice to stay here with very helpful staff and the location is best. The facilities is complete with water dispenser, amenities, and the best is the washing machine and dryer for free using without coin. The shower and toilet is very clean. Good stay in here will be recommended to traveler in Spore and love stay at Boat Quay

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i would definitely recommend it! My stay was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, with a surprisingly spacious capsule bed and a wellmaintained, clean environment. The hotel was in a perfect location, making it easy to explore city attractions quickly. The staff was fantastic, always helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth experience. I also loved the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful riverside spot to enjoy a coffee. While everything was great, a few minor improvements, such as a closer waterfilling station and additional washrooms, could enhance the experience.

In general, i had a positive experience. Situated in a pleasant area, within a halfhour walk of marina bay sand. The hotel boasts excellent amenities and a kind staff. Please note that this is a capsule hostel with shared facilities.

Hostel ini lebih seperti gabungan hostel atau hotel mewah, dengan fasilitas luar biasa dan tingkat kenyamanan dan kebersihan yang tinggi. Tempat tidur pod-nya sangat nyaman, dengan berbagai pengait, cermin, meja tarik, dan bahkan ventilasi AC individual sehingga Anda tidak pengap saat tirai diturunkan. Mereka juga menawarkan layanan laundry gratis, kopi dan kue gratis, serta bar amenities gratis dengan penyumbat telinga, pasta gigi, dll. Kamar mandinya setingkat hotel dan semua staf sangat membantu dan ramah. Namun, bagian terbaiknya adalah lokasinya tepat di jantung Clarke Quay, hanya 20 menit berjalan kaki dari promenade Marina Bay dan sangat dekat dengan Lau Pa Sat, Chinatown, Chijmes, dan semua area ramah turis lainnya. Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

I’ve ordered room for 2 persons actually but my husband need to leave SG earlier. The pod 100% clean and has good smells 😍 Toilet and washing room are all clean! The AC is cool! The bed and the pillow is comfortable. Worth the price. They can keep our luggage before check in time. I love Raffless neighborhood!

I will stay here again if i visit singapore, but please improve your service staff as they represent your hotel. Mega. First time trying capsule hotel in singapore and i love it very much. The atmosphere is very cool and the bed is comfortable. Free drinks and items for the bathroom. The female guest is also friendly. The view is amazing. I would give all 5 stars if not for the poor service of the lady receptionist. She has no good service and never smiles at all. As if i am her enemy when asking me to fill out the form. Poor attitude. Thumbs up for her but the senior malay man on duty on the night shift was very pleasant and professional and chit chat with me and other people. He knows how to entertain us and give good recommendations. This is how customer service should be. The capsule design was unique and interesting, but it could be better with space. The bed was comfortable like a luxury hotel. The smell of the room is also pleasant. Finally, when checking in, they should show the guest where the stairs are. 10 people waiting for the lift is absurd.

Sangat bersih dan nyaman. Kamarnya mewah. Layanannya luar biasa. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi. Bagi pelancong solo, saya akan menyebutkan bahwa tidak banyak suasana sosial yang berbaur. Sebagian besar orang datang dengan rekan perjalanan. Tampaknya menarik orang-orang yang mengutamakan kenyamanan dan harga daripada aspek sosial.
