I recently reserved two nights and three rooms, and i was pleased with the level of service i received. Navanasu, the employee, was amiable and considerate. Hotel ini dijalankan oleh orang India. Pertama-tama, baunya sangat menyengat. Lift, lorong, dan kamar semuanya memiliki bau yang berbeda. Hotelnya kurang bersih dan lingkungan sekitar kurang bagus. Saya meletakkan koper saya di depan pintu dan pergi tidur. Kami tidak merekomendasikan tinggal di sana, apalagi bagi wanita. Demi keselamatan Anda sendiri, lebih baik berhenti.

Saya memesan 3 malam, hanya tidur 1 malam, terlalu kotor, meminta pengembalian uang untuk sisa 2 malam tetapi tidak mendapatkannya, hotel mengklaim kamar bersih tetapi sangat kotor, mungkin saya akan melaporkannya ke polisi Singapura karena hotel menolak untuk mengembalikan uang. Kamar kotor, ada tikus di dalam kamar dan menggigit camilan saya, kulkas ada noda seperti tidak dibersihkan, sprei ada noda, pesan 3 malam hanya tidur 1 malam, terlalu kotor, meminta pengembalian uang untuk sisa 2 malam tetapi tidak mendapatkannya, hotel mengklaim kamar bersih tetapi sangat kotor, cukup dengan penipuan ini, harus ada penyelidikan polisi di sini, mungkin saya akan melaporkannya ke polisi Singapura karena hotel menolak untuk mengembalikan uang.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The linen is a bit stained. Great place to stay with bus stops nearby. A short drive to the airport and gardens by the bay.

Kamarnya kurang bersih, kulkas penuh dengan makanan tamu sebelumnya, AC bau rokok, rel gorden longgar, duvet tidak tersedia (hanya selimut kecil yang tidak cocok untuk 2 orang), pakaian tamu lain tergantung di luar (lihat foto). Saya tidak merekomendasikan hotel ini dan saya tidak merekomendasikannya, bayar lebih dan nikmati liburan Anda. Jangan percaya foto online dan menjauhlah dari tempat ini.

The bed was comfortable. The location is good. But with the ac on, i only had a blancket without a duvet blancket. I was also surprised to wake up at 9 am by someone who knocked on the door and yelled through the corridor to tell us that checkout was at 10 am. Funny wake up.
