The room is clean and in good condition. The location is convenient and great with many restaurants and bus services available to mrt stations as well as to ma y parts of singapore. The housekeeping lady keeps the room and floor in top condition. The value for money hotel and i will be back whenever i need a night stay in singapore.

This hotel is one of the few in the kovan area. Its acceptable. The staff is nice. Room service was quick and attentive to details. The room is small, but you get what you pay for. Only one thing to note that it has a lot of couples staying here for hourly use, so i feel like its more of a love hotel than a true hotel.
