3. Guests and visitors must pre-register at the Front Desk before presenting themselves in the room. All visitors are not allowed to stay overnight and must leave the premises by 11pm. Hotel reserves right to refuse entry for guests' visitors if they are not pre-registered.

4. No booking is required for use of swimming pool and gym. However due to the situation continues to evolve, we seek your kind understanding that there is a capacity limit and we may not be able to fit your preferred time. Please check the status with our front desk directly upon your arrival.

5. Due to the current situation, buffet breakfast at the hotel is not available. If you book room with breakfast, you can proceed to our sister hotel (Hotel Chancellor@Orchard) just located besides us to have the mini buffet breakfast at level 2. We seek your kind understanding that it is subject to the latest Safe Management Measures. Please check the breakfast arrangement with our front desk directly upon your arrival.

6. Children 5 years old and above will be charged for breakfast. Please check the breakfast charges with hotel directly.

7. Parking at the hotel is not available. You may park at Hotel Chancellor@Orchard just located besides us and charges apply. Please check the parking charges with hotel directly.
