Secara keseluruhan cukup baik untuk satu malam. Lingkungan yang bagus dan lokasi yang bagus. Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamarnya lumayan, tapi kamar mandinya tidak terlalu bersih. Toiletnya tidak terpisah dan ada tiga kamar mandi untuk 18 kamar dalam satu kamar. Ya, begitulah cara hostel bekerja, tetapi Anda dapat mendengar semuanya jadi jangan berharap "kamar yang terisolasi".

Ai datang ke tempat ini untuk bersenang-senang di Singapura dan menikmati kawasan Teluk Arab. Sayangnya, saya kesulitan check-in ketika tiba larut malam. Saya berhasil check-in setelah menghubungi agen saya setelah berjam-jam menunggu staf membuka pintu. Saya bertemu dengan seorang pria Tionghoa yang tidak senang memandang rendah saya, yang membuat saya merasa seperti dia rasis dan memperlakukan orang kulit hitam dengan buruk. Dia bahkan tidak membantu tas saya karena tidak ada lift di hotel. Keesokan harinya sebelum check-out, dia meminta saya untuk meninggalkan hotel dan tidak memperpanjang masa tinggal saya. Saya sangat terkejut dengan tindakannya dan saya tidak tahu mengapa dia bertindak seperti itu padahal saya tidak melakukan kesalahan apa pun. Tempat ini bukan untuk kaum elit dan Tionghoa karena pria ini hanya berteman dengan gadis kulit putih, Tionghoa, dan Eropa.

Kebersihan hotelnya terjaga dengan baik. Lokasinya berada di kawasan Arab Street. Di sekitarnya terdapat banyak toko-toko yang bagus, dekat dengan 7- 11 dan toko air. Resepsionisnya sangat ramah. Sebagian besar makanannya adalah makanan Arab murni. Lokasinya juga strategis, dekat dengan masjid dan Pintu Keluar 2 Stasiun Bugis.

The hostel provided very clear selfcheckin instructions as we arrived very late, around 1 am. My capsule was on the 3rd floor. Please note that there are no elevators available. The capsule, pillowcase, bed sheet, blanket, towel, and environment were clean. The capsule door can be locked from the inside. Each guest is assigned a locker. The bathroom was reasonably clean, body soap and shampoo were provided, and a bidet was available. However, bring a toothbrush.

The location is perfect. If you are a Muslim traveling to singapore, i believe this hotel is ideal for you because it is close to the sultan mosque. A convenience store, souvenir shops, and restaurants surround the mosque are all located next to the hotel.

Ini adalah kunjungan keempat saya di sini sejak April. Yang paling saya sukai dari tempat ini bukan hanya pengalaman menginap yang unik di pod, tetapi juga layanan, keramahan, dan sambutan hangat dari stafnya yang luar biasa. Manajer, Ray, sangat membantu dengan memberikan tips tentang tempat makan dan selalu memastikan pod tersedia untuk saya ketika kedatangan pukul 11.30, Meskipun check-in pukul 15.00. Shafiyya, asisten manajer yang sama ramahnya, sangat membantu menjawab banyak pertanyaan saya, seperti apa yang harus saya lakukan jika saya lupa meletakkan kunci kartu pod saya. Pada kunjungan terakhir saya minggu lalu, ia bahkan membantu saya membawa koper besar saya ke ruang tunggu untuk dibawa ke bandara, mengingat saya sebagai lansia yang kesulitan membawa banyak koper.
