I stayed at The Initial Residence Inn in Singapore for one week, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality stood out — warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel felt like a home away from home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the space relaxing and inviting. Every interaction with the team — from reception to housekeeping to the cafe staff — was met with kindness and professionalism. If you're looking for a place in Singapore that offers both comfort and heartfelt service, I highly recommend The Initial Residence Inn. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Séjour de 6 nuits à deux personnes dans cet hôtel. La chambre et spacieuse, et la salle de bain très grande. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le coin cuisine, mais tout semblait être fonctionnel et à sa place. Le frigo est très grand pour ce type de chambre et pas trop bruyant. La climatisation est bruyante, nous l'utilisions en journée lorsque nous n'étions pas dans la chambre pour la refroidir. Nous n'utilisons pas la clim pendant la nuit. La chambre se réchauffait petit à petit pendant la nuit, mais pas au point de devenir désagréable. Les arrêts de bus ne sont pas loin de l'hôtel ce qui permet de rayonner sur tout Singapour en utilisant les transports en commun.

The initial residences excellent local service apartment! And proximity to all daily necessities, including food, to a nearby shopping center, not far from town! You must try the korean bbq near 175 th. The stay at the initial residences is absolutely enjoyable with a washing machine dryer, which is actually a bonus for longer stays at the hotel. Key card access also very good security, especially in the elevators. I would like to commend the counter staff, aby, who is always helpful and pleasant, friendly, and provided good service to our inquiries. Not to mention luna and ken, who are also excellent. The cleaning staff did a great job of their professional duties as well. Every member of the staff with whom we came in contact, including housekeeping and hana, hope i remember it correctly, her name, for room service. We have already decided to return to the original residences for our next stay in october. Have a good day! God bless you all.

The studio layout is fantastic and spacious, with surrounded by numerous restaurants. Tyca - thank you for coming back tyca - the cafe is right next to the residence, and the food is delicious and well worth the price.

The spacious onebedroom suite with a living room and dining room was a great experience for us. The shower was also very spacious. The apartment was quiet and the hot water was great. The coffee at tyca cafe on level 1 was delicious. This is a very convenient cafe! A stay at the hotel is definitely worth considering.

Our time at the initial residence was generally enjoyable. The excellent service provided by the team was more than adequate, despite the propertys need for minor repairs and improvements. The entire team was also extremely accommodating and kind, from the booking process to inquiries to the arrival, our stay, and then our departure. Without a doubt, the service was firstrate.
